Joe s Apartment, the real experience

The location is good. Near to the supermarket and other facilities. You can do basic shopping from a walking distance and also walk to the nearest beach, which is very close.

It was the worst experience I ever had. The room was extremely dirty with cockroaches all over the place. --- Listen to the story: Just after I have arrived they asked me to wait for a few minutes to "fix the toilet pipe" which I felt strange but I have accepted it. Once we got inside there were a cloud of mosquitos. Considering we know Ilhabela for more than 30 years, that was not that bad, just felt they should do a better cleaning. Then, we got settled, closed the apartment and left to the Downtown. Later, once we have arrived late in the night we opened the door and we have found many cockroaches all over the place. The staff moved us to another room but we couldn't sleep. Next day I left the property (I paid 2 nights and used only 1) ---- and they charge me FULL for this awful experience. WHAT A SHAME ATIAIA! Lost money, got stressed, lost my vacation days and now they are just using the regular policies to justify they will not reimburse the money (at least the night I didn't used). By the way, have you ever head about slicing a slices of cheese? they do this at the breakfast. Unbelievable.
