Idéal stay in the heart of Brig!

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, great prices.

The wifi was a bit slow. Had to use my hotspot the whole time.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Es ist ein zweckmässiges Hotel, das auf Gruppenreisen spezialisiert zu sein scheint. Das Person ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist äusserst gut und zentral.

Alles in allem ein gutes Haus für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber und Zweckmässig.

Die Empfangsdame machte einen eher abweisenden Eindruck.

Great location in Brig, a very nice town. Clean room, drinks available in the hallway (just 2 Francs). good breakfast.

Gutes Hotel für 1-3 Nächte

-sehr gute Lage -sehr freundliches Personal -ruhige Zimmer -Badezimmer renoviert -Morgenbuffet

Einrichtung etwas alt. Unterhalt der Zimmer wird vernachlässigt (WC-Deckel und Badtuchstange nicht richtig montiert). In der Dusche fehlt Ablage für eigene Duschmittel Check-In nicht durchgehend möglich (wieder ab 13.00 Uhr nachmittags, nach Mittagspause) Keine Unterlagen zum Hotel oder Brig im Zimmer

Der Aufenthalt war diesmal nur eine Nacht, aber wir werden wiederkommen, auch länger.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig.

Exceeded my expectations

This is a quite nice hotel, great modern rooms, perfectly located near the little centre ville, with great attentive staff, good breakfast. The wifi though wasn't good enough for videos. Emails and messages only.

Wifi speed was not enough for watching videos.

Bigger hotel, convieniently located not far from the station. Room was big, bed was very comfortable.

Very good value hotel, particularly with half board about 10 minutes walk from train station.

Short walk from train station. Room and breakfast good. Arrived early and they looked after our luggage whilst we went to Zermatt. Opted for half board so had a 3 course dinner (limited options) for 18SF which was a good deal.

Room a bit small with luggage but quiet.

Perfect one night stay

Gets the job done! Cozy rooms, and we felt the breakfast was fantastic given the price of the stay. Hard to find another comparable hotel in town for less, even without breakfast. Great one night stay, and would stay again.

by Swiss prices great value for money - everything easy, underground parking, clean room, good breakfast. also in the centre of town so options to eat - hotel or the centre

Not that I didn’t like it but it would be a shower rather than a bath with low rise shower and it’s only as I always shower, never bath. Hence it’s a personal preference

Terrible

location

Was one of the worst experiences we had. First point: The reception wasn't friendly and did not provide good customer service. When we got to the hotel, there are a bad smell starting from the reception, when we got to the room was terrible, smelled of fresh paint very hard, later the bathroom starts to smell of sewer and the duvet also when we moved smelled farts.

Good location, clean

Air conditioning did not work in both the rooms we were in. After complaining at midnight staff only showed how to set the thermostat which I already knew and did. The receptionist told that there is no availability of portable fans as well. It was hot without A/C and was uncomfortable.

Superb

A good room for a 2 nights stay. bed comfortable, well chilled room, very good parking and Wi-fi, all in all a great accomodation. Good breakfast, very central to Brig, lots to do in very short distance!

Clean and simple rooms, good breakfast, professional staff. Location right in center of town. Parking very good and no need for a reservation.

Very pleasant and effortless, I’d definitely stay again :)

Great location, underground parking available without any problems or fees. Room was good size, I booked a single room but I think I got a bigger one as there were two beds there. Clean and comfy, had all I needed. Breakfast was good, everyone would find something for themselves for sure.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the dining room during breakfast, almost as if there was a smoking room right there somewhere.
