Overall, my stay was ok.

The location of the property was good as there is restaurants to go out and eat and they are walking distance. Also, easy freeway access.

Staff is not always on the front desk and it says to dial a number and you’ll be waiting there for a while until someone shows up. They do not provide anything for the kitchen. I had to go out and buy stuff to be able to cook. There are homeless people that like to hangout next to the trash can. I would hear other people’s conversation near my room or in the hall who were loud and would be arguing. One time, I had someone knock hard on my door and took off running so immature.

The fire alarm went off at 3:00 am and again at 4:00 am. After about 30 seconds it stopped.

The room above me, I was in 125, someone was walking about all night and I could here furniture being moved. I complained but to no good. The shower barely came out as far as water output. Never again will I stay there.

Very pleasant

Very pleasant and clean,price is very good.

The only issue was roaches which any place can have, but the hotel corporation needs to take care of that before they get worse and they might have even came there by unclean guest so you can’t always put the blame on just the hotel establishment.. just being completely honest.

I rather sleep in my vehicle then to stay in this horrible place ever again. Like this place should be close down.

The property should be close down …. When we arrived, there were no blankets in the room. Therefore we had to pay extra for clean towels, sheets and blankets. The manager of the property was unpleasant and rude. The fire alarm kept going off at 2am. this went on for two days. We only stayed because it was New Year Eve and everything else was booked.

The location of the property was scary. We didn’t appreciate having homeless people in front of the hotel and Using drugs in the parking lots. The property is short on staff so it’s very dirty.

people sitting on the floor by the door, entrance like to a jail, never been to this bad hotel, woke up like 5am to screeming people, door slamming til checkout, Wow this was horrible.
