Pleasant with lots of room for improvment

Very big and comfy room with great view, located at the center of Klosters. I was surprised to see that the bathroom was equipped with a scale

Nobody was there when I arrived in the late afternoon. I found a note and the key. The corridor lights were not working. The room was a bit dusty. The breakfast was very disappointing. Presumably they serve it from 7:30 am but it was not set until 7:36 or so.. The bread and croissants were not fresh, the coffee cups are too small for the amount of coffee the machine gives. The rest were very basic, no butter was available. The parking comes at an additional cost that is not clear from the booking page.

Bery comfortable

Excellent room with desk, sofa and lots of space. Shower and ensuite bathroom very good.

Breakfast was OK but variable .

location was close to everything- train, centre, supermarket, restaurants, leisure centre, swimming pool

Did the job but we felt unwelcome.

Easy to book late when stuck. Decent breakfast

Very unfriendly owner / manager. Not at all warm and bprderline officious. Made you feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. Got the impression he had wanted much higher rates for the room due to World Economic Forum and mentioned several times if we wanted to stay another night it would be literally 10 times trhe price.

Hotel Cresta offers more than you would expect...

Very helpful staff. We were allowed to check out after skiing to be able to take a shower, all w/o upcharge. Easy to reach the cable car on a walking distance. We kept our car at the car park of the community in front of the hotel. Approx. SFR 10.- for a day.

..its a bit dark inside, but we were there for skiing, that's it.

Very nice stay in Klosters, good choice for skiing

Spacious room (including little sofa and nice balcony sun- facing), super convenient location (e.g. car parking next to the building, 5min walk to gondola, 3 min walk to coop store), skiroom underground easily accessible from outside, very nice and rich breakfast

A great week

Friendly staff, good breakfast and evening dining menu, lovely room with comfy beds and a modern bathroom, useful fridge in the room and lots of storage space. Not far from the train station and the ski lift.

Would have liked a kettle in the room but not essential!

Very comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Will return in the coming yeas.

Dinners were wonderful and at a price unmatched in Klosters. Rooms were large with powerful shower. Service was personal and charming. We had no complaints.

Great location

Great location and a nice staff. Easy to check in and spacious room with balcony.

The fridge in our room did not work. There was another fridge in the room which also did not work. The breakfast was subpar. No hot foods and limited selection.

I was very pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this 3-star hotel.

The location is excellent. A five-minute walk to the station Klosters Platz. Bus stop very near the hotel to the gondola station. Breakfast is good. A breakfast buffet is available. The Hotel restaurant is also good and the prices are very reasonable. My room was a good size, with a balcony. and it was spotlessly clean

Exceptional value for money!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and without prompting provided us with particularly useful information. As our rooms were not booked on the day of our departure, the general manager extended our check out (without us asking) until the late afternoon. The food in the restaurant was also exceptionally good, so was the service. Hotel is some 250m from the Gotschnabahn
