The staff, the pool and the cats.

We booked half-board. As a vegetarian the main dish options were limited.

Very good

The location of the hotel means you are close enough to everything but far away enough to not be bothered by noise. The hotel itself provides all you need...a nice sized pool, good food and cocktails.

A small point, as you dont come on holiday to watch TV, but the ones in the room were all for other nationalities other than British and doesnt include options to cast things from your phone or log into streaming options, such as netflix so no point in advertising it as a room addition.

Great location, pleasant pools and rooms but staff could be friendlier

The apartments had a great location situated in the old town with nice Greek restaurants with only 5 minute walk to the centre. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. Apartment was spacious with a good sized balcony and good kitchen facilities.

Table tennis was €2 which should be free of cost. Staff could be friendlier, when moving room due to the electricity in our room not working we were asked multiple times are we done yet we want to clean the room and we’re given glares from the cleaners throughout our stay which was uncomfortable. Although the man at the bar and girl at reception were friendly and always said hi

Extremely friendly and in the centre of Malia

Clean, comfortable room with small kitchen, AC and a balcony with table and clothesline. The hotel was super cosy, small but enough. Swimming pool in the centre, bar with happy hour, and the staff ... couldn't be better! Very kind! Breakfast and dinner were chosen by the menu. Good quality.

Just a suggestion to the visitor: bring/buy mosquito repellent, they don't see each other but they're there!

Every think is good.

We are used to separating the garbage (paper / plastic / glass / organic. The hotel could put different garbage bins for plastic, paper, etc, to help the environment and preserve the beautiful Greek nature.

Very good

Super nice , helpful and friendly staff. Very pet friendly which we absolutely loved. A sweet little housecat that joined us for breakfast every morning. Great parking. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Good value for money.

A little bit to loud music from the bar in the afternoons when we usually like to rest. We think it was for the benefit of the younger guests which we of course can understand but for us if we could choose ,we like it to be a little bit calm and quiet sometimes to enjoy the natural sounds of Crete.

Bella Elena, as always perfect place to stay, the hosts Ero and Stavros make you feel very welcome. Love it there.

Good Stay, even though as I first entered my apartment it wasn’t as clean as it should be (mostly floor, other things were ok) but the staff is nice, there is a lot of space to sunbathe..not far away from the center, maybe 10-15 min Walk to the nice local beaches, we chose to eat out but there are many possibilities to eat and drink in the apartment‘s restaurant

Could have been cleaner, especially in Corona And you have to pay for toilet paper which is absurd, it’s not expensive, only 50cents per roll but still the idea is completely unnecessary

Superb

Comfy rooms. Great value for the money (22€/night) (mid October 2020). 2 minutes walk into the old town. Many awesome taverns close by. 20 minutes walk to the beach. You can hear the crickets at night 🙂, otherwise really quiet. Would definitely stay there again for this price when I come back to Malia.

Absolutely recommended

The facility is beautiful and in a convenient location, with a marvelous swimming-pool and some games including pool. Having jacuzzi in the balcony was a dream. Friendly and helpful staff and private parking. Very clean rooms, excellent services and very high sleep quality. From 4 to 6 p.m. there is the happy our with vert cheap cocktails and beverages. Varied quality breakfast with large choise. Perfect wi-fi.
