Noisy poor area with locals

Too noisy till 1am .. music so loud

Very uncomfortable dark walk to room at night 200m walk bsck alley to beach ...though 70m from beach crow flies. Friend moved hotels cause of this and noise.. definitely not a resort.. no pool.or anything except massage..

Mixed feelings

The Massage from JO was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly. Clean rooms. Just a short walk to stations 2 and 3 for the beach

The "quiet street" is not quiet at all. Between music from near by bars until at least midnight to the neighborhood locals yelling and screaming. "Sound proof" rooms may be that way from neighbors rooms but sure doesn't stop the local noise. Our bathroom door would not close properly nor would the shower doors. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. There is nobody in the restaurant/bar so we had to goto the more expensive restaurants

Excellent

The property was close proximity to the beach and close to all the main island amenities. The room was clean and staff are lovely.

Path to the hotel is very poorly maintained.

Over all my stay was excellent , I would recommend it to other travelers .

I like the fact that the beach was less than a 3 minute walk away , it’s very close to Dmall and other shooing areas .

Good location, it was pretty close to the beach (5minutes walk) the breakfast was simple and great on the rooftop, room was céean and the staff was nice and polite.

The street was extremely narrow and the balcony of the room was only 6-8 meters from the opposite building and group of Chinese tourists drank and talk on their balcony from 11pm untill 5am which was not the best from sleeping perspective.

staff - especially Malen! very accommodating and nice. spacious room and veranda.

The path walk going to the beach which would take you less than a minute was blocked so you have to go around and walk longer to go to the beach.

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. would definitely send a friend there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Island Princess Resort @ Spa

Must try!!!

It was our first time in Boracay with my family and we wanted to have a good and relaxing stay. I was interested in booking to Island Princess Resort Hotel because the price fit to my budget. Their room rates were low compared to other hotels. Surprisingly, the room where we stayed was spacious, neat, and comfortable with complete amenities. It's a newly built hotel. The staffs were very friendly and made us feel welcome. And also, after a long and very tiring day at the beach, we tried the massage at their Spa. Yes, they have it all! We had the signature massage and the price is reasonable for outstanding customer service. Overall the experience was incredible! I highly recommend this hotel to every couple and family! Must try!

I had a great pleasure staying Feels like home The room is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and the shower is my favorite The spa also has a good service, therapist are all friendly and good, relaxation guaranteed WIFI is good you can even work at home This hotel will keep you safe, secure and they give you the best service that any guest wishes for Babalikan mo talaga ♥️♥️♥️
