Lovely Short Stay now long in our memories.

Even-though we were very late to arrive at the property due to delayed flight, the owner was there to welcome and hand over the key. he was very kind and patient, explained us all the required things. really liked meeting hiim.

No dish washing material (like scourer sponge or washing liquid). I think if these are provided at the property it would be really good.

Overall amazing

Beautiful location, lovely apartment, very close to the beach, lot of sunlight in the house, pool access, the apartment was very clean and neat, safe area, comfy beds, 2 spacious balcony to relax & chill, overall we loved it.

The lift had a issue with the door sometimes, the wifi didn't connect very well in the living room & no wifi in the bedroom, lighting in the bedroom could be better.

Exceptional

The day before our arrival, the host messaged with his number, asking us to call when we were either nearby or there. We did this, and he turned up with our keys in a very speedy manner. He was very polite, accommodating, and helpful. He showed us into our beautiful apartment, which had its own balcony and private sun terrace, a large bathroom, plenty of storage, and a very spacious studio area. The property was exceptionally clean, only a 3 minute walk from the beachfront, and also had a beautiful sea view ! We will certainly be returning to Naturma at our earliest opportunity. Located near to many different restaurants and bars, but not an overly crowded area and very polite people, many of which spoke fluent English. Couldn't have asked for a better experience without booking a room at a 5* hotel !!!

Apartment was ckean and had a huge terrace ...also liked that the TV had English channels like itv and rte ...

The area surrounding the apartments from the roads to the pavements are uneven and dangerous making it hard for people with disabilities to get around .

Pleasant stay in an old favourite.

Parking was good, owner very affable, as a former client I didn’t have to leave a security deposit. Access to the property was on ground floor with a really good view from the balcony. The apartment had been partially refurbished and these aspects such as flooring were excellent. Secure outdoor swimming pool access with card.

The bathroom did not have a high level attachment on wall for shower. My husband is 6ft so had to improvise using a suspended coat hanger. Care towards end of season needs to be addressed with mould build up in shower, easily resolved with a mould & mildew cleaner which I always buy if come across this problem. Kitchen equipment needed updating especially toaster Lounge furniture needs some updating. Our friends were in another apartment along from ours which has been totally refurbished it was superb and this is the standard required. Bed standard queen only room easily would take a larger bed. Pool tiling required some refurbishment. Competitively priced.

Superb

A lot bigger than the photos seem. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was big enough for everyone, and two bathrooms were perfect with very powerful showers. Regular housekeeping too.

Two bulbs were broken but that was the only issue.

Great size apartment, host and location

Big apartment in well maintained if slightly old development but that's why the apartment is so big. Great location and great host.

Balcony could have been bigger given the size of the apartment but really only a very minor issue.

Very comfortable, large apartment with sea view.

Not much toilet paper available just half a roll. Used our own paper tissues, but we could have got hold of owner who I am sure would have provided quickly so if he didn't get told it was not his fault and we only stayed three nights.

Quite adequate but needs some TLC and considerably more comfort.

Decent shower. Plenty of hot water. Selection of pillows. Plenty kitchen gadgets. The kettle was broken but it was replaced with a brand new one within an hour. Plenty coat hangers. Lift. Hand sanitizer at door (empty at pool though). Danny very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

The hill up to the apartment!! Room needs a clock, kitchen scissors and a shower caddy/shelf. The air con remote didn't work and couldn't be replaced. Balcony chairs were very uncomfortable. No mattresses for pool loungers (maybe have a rental system with deposit returned when mattress is)-made for a very uncomfortable poolside experience. Also maybe a few chairs round the pool. Hairdryer was missing but replaced within an hour but couldn't be plugged in next to a mirror. Beds in the studio are absolutely awful. They creak, scrape, groan with every movement and the mattress is raised at the sides and flat in the centre. Dreadful. The room could have been cleaner. There were handles falling off a unit and chipped floor tiles. Sheets changed once a week and towels twice weekly but on set days so I got offered a change 14 hours before I was due to leave. Finally, no card payments (which I knew in advance) but a pest having to pay cash which is preferred method although will accept PayPal or bank transfer.

Loved the place. Can't fault it as a holiday appartment. More comfy patio chairs is my only negative but it's a holiday appartment and so I understand that
