Amazing villa with a great view!

Amazing villa with a crazy view. staff is very nice. very easy to order anything : scooter , food delivery, laundry ! very comfortable beds!

little difficult to access there for people who are not used to drive scooter but for me it wasn’t a problem! taxi service easily available in case !

Amazing, memorable, luxurious - a real treat to be remembered.

10/10 - We absolutely loved Villa Saba Jai, it is such a treat with stylish decor, super spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and the bathrooms had wonderful showers. Tom and his team were amazingly attentive, with all our needs responded to within 5 mins of making a request. The Staff set the record for providing the best Customer Service we have ever experienced. The fridge was refilled each day with bottled water, soft drinks and beers. The location is fabulous, with wonderful sea views and our own private infinity plunge pool which was perfect for keeping us cool in the very peak temperatures. We took advantage of the inhouse Masseuse - Linda, who was amazing!, Not to be missed. We also booked a snorkelling tour and our son did an intro day to scuba diving. Each of them were hosted by wonderfully helpful hosts who went out of their way to ensure our trips were enjoyable. This has definitiely been a holiday to me remembered! Thanks to Tom and his amazing team. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Amazing villa with gorgeous view

Villa was amazing, only topped by the gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset every evening. Service was exceptional, and massages were very professional.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views were spectacular, the furnishings very modern and immaculately kept.

There is nothing to not like about the property other than the route to the sea is not for the faint hearted or unfit.

Absolutely perfect! The villa is by far the most incredible place we have ever stayed in the whole of Asia. The views are breathtaking. When visiting Koh Tao before we could only dream of staying in this villa. The host Tom is lovely, always checking in and they will sort anything you need - is never too much. I cannot wait to stay here again. The villa has everything you need, we didn’t even want to leave to venture out.

nothing to dislike, I would just reccomend if you stay here you are confident on scooter. lots of hills (but that doesn’t take a lot to work out given the viewpoint)

Phenomenal ocean view, gorgeous private pool, spacious kitchen and living room. Great for family, kids and every type of traveler. Owner Tom is very friendly and responsive. Housekeeper Win is always cheerful and ready to help. Her service is second to none.

No regrets we loved our stay at this villa

fantastic choice with amazing aspect views, well appointed villa staff extremely helpful we thought Koh Tao the most special of any island we've visited in Thailand so far, the snorkelling was incredible

The island is quite hilly with some precarious roads which meant we relied solely on a taxi, fortunately the villa introduced us to a wonderful taxi driver (Pun) who was prompt, reliable, patient and had great insight as to places we should see, it was a relief to think we didn't have to opt for scooters because honestly, many of the roads aren't for the feint hearted. The villa is a little drive away from the village so we just planned our days and picked up takeaway foods on the way home to eat later in the evening, once again the driver Pun was great for recommending the best local eateries

the property itself is lovely and clean it is not a big as it looked on the pictures, ours was Gecco villa. the owner only opens the rooms needed and one our rooms was part of the main living area and kitchen, this made it quite uncomfortable and not private at all

there was not enough space compared to the other villas r had paid much cheaper for, the location of the property is high up on a very steep hill which is only accessible via a taxi, we spent quite a lot on taxis as these are not cheap on the island

Breathtaking view from your private villa

Staff was very welcoming. Taxi driver was waiting for us when our boat arrived. Staff was already waiting for us when we got there for check in. Nice and clean room with a breathtaking view from the outside terrace and pool. Very out of sight, so really private. Fridge was filled with beer, wine, soda and water and a price list. Scooters available at the villa for a small price for rent.

WiFi was not working very well. Since we had the prepaid sim card from truemove with unlimited data for 15 days, this was not a problem for us.

Just perfect

Amazing villa With beautiful view. Was the Best Part of our holiday. We even came back to stay in the turtle villa After 4 great Nights at the gecco villa. Both are more than comfortable. Lovely hosts, and great service around the House. Can not get any better than this.

Must stay, memories for life

Bob, Phyu and the other lady. Amazing host/hostess. Had an unforgettable stay The view is breathtaking, and you just must go snorkeling off the pier close to the villa! Beautiful. You can rent snorkeling equipment from the villa real cheap, also as a tip you should rent a scooter from the villa. Taxis can be quite expensive

We stayed at the Turtle villa for 3 nights and it was amazing! Beautiful views and sunsets, lots of privacy, friendly staff who could arrange everything for us! They had a big folder with lots of restaurants who delivered food all day long and it was a 5-10 minutes motorbike ride to the nearest beach. We also enjoyed cooking food, swimming in our private pool and drinking wine while listening to our favo music on the villa's soundsystem.🤩 Can't wait to go back again! Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families!🐢

Very comfortable villa with stunning view and good relax

It's a great villa. Stunning views. Friendly staff and host. Designed to the detail of comfort. Excellent bar filling with a reasonable markup. Not a bad collection of wines, which is rare for Thailand. Detailed instructions from the host, good choice of delivery of not overpriced, and delicious food. Rental of scooters at reasonable prices, no need to find it somewhere else. Directly from the villa, you can go 100 meters down a steep staircase to snorkeling. On the first day met and turtles and even a shark.

Location relative to the beach is worse than expected. If you do not have a scooter - it will be difficult to reach the beaches, and with small children is not real. But on a scooter 5-10 minutes away. Very weak Internet. Used the Internet with an own phone, 4G gave an excellent speed of dozen megabytes, which suggests that the problem is not on the island or weather. You need to upgrade the equipment or ISP.
