Improving yr set up wi fi & mini drinks snacks, etc. Maybe mini homemade meals..

The location was perfect. Closed to the beaches and good ocean views. Multi mini shops & resturants / cafes nearby.

There is no WiFi on the accomadation .However, we bought a credit voucher for Vodafone, but still, we couldn't connect while we were the facility as we tried to do something online or in touch with the family home, flights booking manage - confirm it, seats, meals, luggages etc are really important to all travellers.

Disappointing.... Great location.

Disappointing!!!. On arrival we were placed in a unit located behind others with a view of brick wall. NOT what I paid for being a beachfront unit. After 3 nights they moved us to the room that we booked. The unit is very basic, bed didn't make for a great sleep and the pillows are not worth commenting on. We added to the very limited kitchen by leaving our coffee plunger along with a few other items. Free Wifi... NOT!! There is only wifi available and you have to pay for it, so fulse advertising seems to be the go with this listing... No apologies, just got told to bad! This is not my first rodeo but my 7th trip to Raro so I'm quite aware of my bookings, this however has been the best location so far and noticed on walking towards Edgewater Resort, there seems to be other fabulous accommodation which we will book for next Oct. I do want to shout out to Denise the cleaner/assisting helper of the property, You and Dean made the stay comfortable and provided us a ride from town which we are most grateful for. The Owner needs to step up and not hide behind her staff!

Bedding and pillows ... Rooster sound all night and through out the day! doesn't make for a restful sleep I can assure you!

Det orörda och exotiska på ön lyfter vistelsen som helhet. Dyrt.

Fantastisk utemiljö, dock myror överallt både inne och ute. Lugnt och tyst, charmigt med alla djur som springer där, tuppar, höns katter och hundar. Bungalowen var ganska sliten.

Slitet och ofräscht, minus att boendet inte har gratis wi-fi som var dyrt att köpa.

Solid safe place to stay, just needs some TLC to keep up with other accommodations around

The location was brilliant. Simple instructions for checkin and no rushing us to be paid. Nice staff and pretty views

The ranch sliders need some maintenance. A bit expensive in comparison to other places (only because there aren’t any in house facilities) but was comfortable enough for us and no real complaints because we did book a bit late. Might need a bed upgrade soon

Perfect for us :)

Our room was perfect for what we were wanting - something right on the beach, basic but clean, comfy bed, friendly staff and great location! Our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for 2 more nights at such short notice. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Morning coffees and afternoon drinks on the beautiful beach - heaven! Such good value for money - would definitely stay there again!! :)

The only thing we had trouble with was getting hot water - was a bit hit or miss but we were swimming everyday so didn't bother us much!

Great location right by the beach, very private.

We booked & paid extra for an air conditioned room, but the unit was very old & did not function well at all, & the ceiling fan only worked on the highest speed! The bathroom had black mould on the cabinets, & the shower head needed replaced, as did the soap rack which was rusty & past it’s use by! The description of the unit was not accurate at all! Very limited office hours! The bed was comfortable, but the motel is in desperate need of upgrading, & over priced for what it is at the moment! Wish we had of read the reviews before booking as it seems a few people have had the same experience unfortunately.

Staff was well friendly and they had nothing to do with the policy of the owners

the bungalows need absolutely to be refurbished and renovated, because the comfort is far away from the price, it wa even very expensive for what i received. There was even no Internet in the room, and around the property. So boeking com it is the first time i write a negative review about a Hotel, and as you now i stay in a lot the last years, and this mean that this accommodation is not ok anymore. If you want more details you can always contact me as a loyal booking com traveller.

Nice but could use some updating.

Great location and cute little units on a great beach, and close to town.

Air conditioning wasn’t functional at all and the ceiling fan would only run on the fastest speed and was very noisy.

Booking .com description inaccurate. No cooktop. No hairdryer. No aircon as unit rusted and old. Bed certainly past it’s useby date. Whole unit needs significant upgrade. Overpriced.

Reef Motel - My honest review.

Perfect isolated and secret. Able to get all my legal work done. Beautiful swimming area just steps away. Stayed an extra night - 4 in total because it is ideal for.

I had a plane to catch. Otherwise I would have stayed longer.

The staff are great. This is our 2nd time there.

Had a view of the beach from our large balcony. Also a good size clothes line at one end of balcony which was extremely handy. Good size room with a nice couch. Was pleasantly surprised at the amount and variety of fish when snorkeling as have been in this area some years ago with much fewer present then. When it rained for a few days they provided more mats to help with wet tiles.

Maybe a prune of the fronds on some trees to improve our view.

beech side room..short walk to the beech. Great location.

Poor room..run down, small bed with old mattress...poor wardrobe old and damaged, bathroom shower had bad drainage smell, only one bed side lamp...no TV.. Poor water pressure, hot water took ages to come through, too many roosters crowing from 5am! Booked for 6 nights but moved out after 1 night

It was only for one night and was adequate but wouldn't really have wanted to stay longer or return.

Location was great.

Felt the room was overpriced and didn't really have any cooking facilities which we were expecting.

The location is great, reasonably close to the airport and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no cooking facility. We had to clean the dishes in the bathroom vanity, which was a bit awkward.

Reef Motel.

Fantastic location 50m from the beach. 10 restaurants or takeaway places within a 10min walk. Also there was a small shop right across the road which had all our daily requirements. The rooms were spotless and the friendly staff were unobtrusive.

Unfortunately we didn't have hot water the last day due to some plumbing work being done.
