The location and the fire wood they gave us. Also we had to cancel and move our booking and they did not charge us for the cancellation
When we arrived the apartment was not ready, they thought we would arrive the next day. They said they would clean straight away, but when we came back after 2 en half hours still nothing was done... They came finally and they were very rude about our dogs... They did not like we brought our dogs but before booking we asked and it was OK! Then they cleaned in an hour... So it was not really clean. We found a dirty bra in the sofa... The covers of the sofa and the beds were dirty. The cuttelery was dirty. The sofa is very uncomfortable and falling apart. The shower doors were broken. No light bulbs in some lamps. Also the neighbours are very noisy... You can hear everything all day and night...
