perfect place to stay in the price range,

The location was great. The room was spacious and lovely, feeling very well appointed. It felt new and a "zen like" design. I didn't use it but it had a kitchenette also, would suit someone for a longer stay.

There was no phone or immediate contact option for a front desk.

Location is great. Safe , lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Walmart about 8 miles walk.

Overall a great place to stay for the price.

Everything matched the photos. The rooms were clean. Security was good. The convenience of checkin and getting the room code was smooth. The terrace was awesome. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The location was great.

The AC was a bit weak - we were on the sunny side of the building. We were disappointed that coffee supplies were not restocked daily.

Good value and location, but be prepared for uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Location was great, private and quiet.

Mattress as too firm and the pillows were uncomfortable. AC wasn’t working in our room, and the fan supplied didn’t keep up. Odd noises, maybe the plumbing, woke us up multiple times per night.

The security staff was warm, friendly and always willing to help. They didn't speak English, but used Google Translate which worked well. Although it wasn't like having a hotel staff, it was great having someone there 24/7. We saw the manager occasionally and she was very welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great cafe 2 doors down (skip Starbucks!)

Plus: Nice location, spacious room. Minus: privacy/noise issues, absent hotel staff.

The room itself was great.

It's a fishbowl (if people raise their shades you can see everything they're doing, and even when the semi-transparent shades are down, things are slightly visible) with little to no noise reduction. One morning we woke up when a phone alarm went off; it wo lots my wife and I looked at each other to see who set their alarm this early; it till us a second to realize, astonished, that it was in someone's else's room! Could also hear conversations from other Tom, and every time a door shut on the hallway, etc. We chose a hotel instead of an Airbnb thinking we would get the benefit of hotel help; a concierge's thoughts, recommendations, assistance if we needed it. We never saw the manager/concierge/anyone (besides the security guard, who was very friendly) after we checked in, and didn't get responses via the Whatsapp contact we were given.

Bueno, puede mejorar

Ubicación, limpieza, decoración y amabilidad del personal.

En la suite, la señal no sólo de internet, sino de teléfono era muy pobre o de plano inexistente. No pudimos acceder a Netflix, solamente a los canales de tv por cable. El baño es muy pequeño y debería tener más ganchos para colgar las toallas, así como una repisa en la regadera para los productos de limpieza. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

Comfortable, good value hotel in hip Condesa neighborhoo.

Great location, spacious comfortable space, Starbucks downstairs, gym, kind helpful staff.

I arrived late at night and so the 11 am checkout was too early for me, and I hardly got to enjoy the hotel.

Beautiful city, wonderful location, excellent hotel.

The location was excellent. I especially liked the bakery just down the street, and having a Starbucks right by the lobby was an added convenience. The room was quiet and commodious. I enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the roof terrace. The staff was excellent and responded quickly to any question or need. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

Great choice in Condesa

This is my third visit to this property, I had something like a loft apartment with small kitchen and sitting area and very large bedroom space. Very well maintained and quiet. Location a few minutes walk to some great restaurants too.

The location was perfect and the staff very friendly.

Location was great. Service was very good. Rooftop looked nice though we didn't use it since it was too warm.

The only thing that comes to mind that needs improvement is the tiny vanity in the bathroom. It was way too small and water would spill getting the toilet paper wet.

Very good place to stay, good restaurants around.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, large bathroom. Kitchen had the basic for breakfast or light cooking. Starbucks coffee at the lobby is a super plus.

As we checked in after 8pm and one of the Air conditioning in the room was not working. There was only a security guard at the front desk that couldn't do anything about it. The room had a strong cigarette odor.
