Staffs were nice and friendly

Rooms doesn't have a microwave or a mini fridge. With the heat, i was drinking warm water most days during my stay. You have access to get ice at their restaurant but with the heat, ice gets melted fast and has to take a trip every time.

Like the environment, the architecture, the room design.

When I call the reception for an iron, I had to leave my room go to the lobby to pick it up.

Excellent stay

The pool was great, the beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. Great customer service.

Excellent Time in Port au Prince

I had an amazing time. The facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was superb, everyone was friendly, kind, helpful and professional. This was my third time to Port au Prince. When I return I plan to stay at this hotel.

I wish the hotel offered a shuttle service.

It was nice,clean,safe and very convenient.the staffs was super nice including the security guards.

The break was not all that at all and there was a lot of smoke coming from burning garbages next door.

Comfortably pleasant stay in Petion

Hotel Villa Therese is a hidden gem in Petion-Ville. The neighborhood is a little inconvenient, and the hotel doesn't have many amenities, but, it is clean, comfortable and the food is pretty good. I would highly recommend this hotel over the others in Petion-Ville.

Typically expensive like every other hotel in Haiti. I can find a much more luxurious room around the world with the price I paid at this hotel.
