This was an exceptionally appointed house. it had everything we needed ( or might have forgotten ). Communication was spot on .

Not one thing

We rented this home because it was close to all of our family in Surprise, Az. We had a wonderful stay from the moment we entered this beautiful home. We have rented many homes using different websites but this has been the best rental Ever! The house is very clean and organized and everything works like new. We are on medical diets and cooked everyday. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. The appliances work well. We also had the use of the 2 car garage which we appreciated in the Arizona heat. It is conveniently located to shopping and grocery stores and the freeways. The home is quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood.
