An upscale modern 2 bedroom beachfront apartment situated in an iconic building on a quiet secluded beach in St Lawrence Gap but a few minutes walk to the centre of nightlife. Incorporating a large beachfront balcony, 2 en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and top of the range finishes such as cedar French doors and windows, the condominium comes fully equipped and furnished and includes a 65 inch LG 4K UHD Smart TV, internet streaming services with live TV channels from the UK, USA etc plus recent films, extensive DVD film library, LG hi-fi system with CD player/radio/bluetooth etc, Bose Soundbox, Amazon Echo and hi-speed broadband wi-fi internet access. Dine indoors or on the 230 sq ft terrace balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Caribbean Sea.
The building has high levels of security including CCTV, security guard, intercom and private parking, elevator, private swimming pool and sun deck with direct access onto the beach. Maid service is provided twice a week.

The pictures barely does this place justice. The views were immaculate of the beach. It’s conveniently located in the Gap and it was the perfect location for my husband and I to enjoy our second wedding anniversary which coincided with the Crop Over celebration. Philip is pleasant and great at communicating. He was helpful in recommending a gym for my husband to continue his nonstop fitness journey. The property manager was welcoming and helpful as well. We’d love to return in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at the white sands villas. The property host were more than accommodating to us in every way. The facility was clean and well maintained. We stayed at Phil’s villa K overlooking the ocean and it was magnificent. We saw so many turtles come on our beach at night which was a huge highlight for us. The surrounding area was very friendly and the people are nice. Only thing to be aware of is the cost of living is very expensive in Barbados, since everything is imported.We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

I’ve stayed at White Sands Beach Condos before but WOW, this was an upgrade!! We had a magnificent time at Philip’s property for our honeymoon. The space was huge and that alone was luxurious. I felt we should call everyone we know to show them how nice it was. The villa is all you could ever want - pristine, unobstructed turquoise ocean view on a non-crowded beach, strong AC (we had to turn it off at times and we were there in peak summer heat!), beautiful marble floors, and comfy furniture. My husband loved the large TV and the pool especially. All the appliances were easy to navigate, and there was more cookware than even our kitchen at home! I also took photos of the art, I liked it so much! The sunset views from the balcony and even through the windows were postcard-quality.
The building staff, property managers, and nightly security guards were wonderful and friendly. I’ve come to Barbados 8 times in the last few years and can confirm this is a very safe area nearby the action and many delicious restaurants. We took surf lessons from Barry’s surf school a few doors down - the perfect combination of relaxation and activity! Also, the private covered parking is a fantastic perk.
I also have to recommend specifically renting from Philip, the owner. He is absolutely delightful, the exact wonderful gentleman you’d expect to own such a fabulous beach condo. If he has any other destination properties, we will stay at those, too :) Can’t wait to return soon!

Great condo for our party of four.
Everything as described. Nice touch with Cyrus meeting us upon arrival and giving us the orientation. (Ensure you give the owner your arrival time)
Beach just outside of the building. Private with security guards.
Just a great place for those needing a two bedroom place.
Nice location in the ‘gap’ Great attention to detail.
Convenience store across the road.
Once settled better to go to Masseys, Take the local buses for $3.50 BBD.
Great pre-cruise stay and vacation.

Would fully recommend this apartment and location. This is my second time to Barbados and this location was spot on for water loving families. White Sands beach has some rocks so ended up buying water shoes for my girls but the short walk to Dover beach meant a beautiful sandy entry in the water. Amazing surf conditions to learn and improve on, we had lessons at Barry’s Surf school which is a few mins walk from the apartment.
We were met on arrival to the apartment by Liam who explained everything and gave us lots of info. Apartment was immaculate and we feel very lucky to have found this place.
Great places to eat all within a short walk. Lovely quiet place to stay but close to loads of beautiful restaurants.
Can’t wait to return.

Spent a wonderful week in this luxury beach front apartment with an amazing view from the patio! Location was super convenient. Hosts were extremely helpful as was the team on the ground. Highly recommend!

This Condo is number 1 on our list in a hand full of stays on different islands and destinations. All 4 of us rate this as a paradise with a more than fantastic beach and an even better condo! The check-in procedure was flawless with Cyrus (Marketing & Reservations Manager) greeting us and providing a tour and full explanation of everything we needed. We will return if we are able to book this exact condo again!

Located along the St. Lawrence Gap but just out of earshot of the nightlife, with dozens of meal options, and a market directly across the street. The view was stunning, and the condo was spacious and well equipped. The beach was private, and there were always loungers, umbrellas, boogie boards at our disposal, so need need to rush out in the morning or pay extra for rentals. The staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. Easy and secure parking on the premises.

Condo was great..pics don't do it justice. Beautiful beach right below the large patio with gorgeous turquoise water is where we spent our days...didn't need other beaches. Lounge chairs & umbrellas are provided but we had "our" spot between palm trees every day so we didn't need umbrellas. We go for the beach so didn't do other activities/attractions.... just a few of the restaurants in the Gap which are many & varied. We used Greg's taxi service as recommended by management for restaurants beyond our walking range and he was excellent. A couple of minor issues (wifi, a slow shower drain) were quickly rectified by Cyrus who along with Liam made us feel very welcome. This was our first visit to Barbados and we couldn't have asked for more....super friendly people and gorgeous setting. We loved seeing the turtles and hearing the whistling frogs at night. We plan on booking "K" again next year but for 2 weeks instead of one!

First of all the property manager is amazing and very responsive when I had questions throughout our stay and the night time security officer was one of the nicest people we met on the island. The property itself is right on the beach, with a beautiful view. You have access to beach loungers and chairs. In my opinion the condo wasn’t as clean. A lot of mold in the showers. The tile grout definitely needed some TLC. The bathtub had a large crack, as well…I could write my name in the amount of dust on the cabinet in the living room. The ant problem in the kitchen was unbearable. We were informed to notify the property manager if it became bad, so an exterminator would come. I wasn’t comfortable exposing my family and myself to those chemicals…Overall, the condo served our purposes.

This is a beautiful property in a great location! We loved everything about it. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again without a doubt! Owners and property manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. The unit is large and clean and the view is outstanding. A true gem, so happy we found this place!

First class condo in a beautiful location. Philip, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with in the time leading up to our stay and provided us with a multitude of very useful information. The large balcony facing directly to the ocean was perfect for early morning breakfasts and evening sunsets. The amenities offered by the condo are superb. The location is exceptionally quiet as it is away from the main street. An exceptional seven nights. We hope we have the opportunity to return some day!!

Villa K is situated right on the beach with amazing views over the sea where you can watch turtles swimming. The pictures don't do it justice and the villa is spacious with every amenity you can think off. The communication and check in procees was superb and Cyrus was there to meet us and show us round. The WSBC are situated at the top end of the gap so close enough to all the bars and restaurants but off the main road so quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place that has everything you need for an amazing hoilday i couldn't recommend this highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Sands. The condo was very spacious, clean, well appointed and felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was seamless and informative on the property and condo facilities. The management staff were always readily available to assist with any needs. Our communications with Philip were always promptly answered and he provided excellent information regarding restaurants, shops, activities and general information about the area and the island. We were directly on a quiet part of the beach. Definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful residence. The pictures certainly did it justice as it was exactly as shown. The view cannot be adequately expressed in pictures as it is simply spectacular. The unit is exceptionally well stocked for all kitchen items, beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. Also, the wifi is very fast and reliable! Overall, our trip was amazing start to finish!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, condo was clean and had excellent beach views, and we were able to see the baby turtles hatching. Would highly recommend!

This apartment is spacious and beautiful. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We loved to sit there watching the waves. One night a turtle came out of the water to lay eggs on the beach!
The instructions left by the owner were very helpful--I was able to cook several meals with unfamiliar appliances. The building is well-kept and quiet. Having housekeeping visit several times during our 2-week stay was very welcome. Would definitely go back to Villa K!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa/condo. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a perfect location as it is directly on the beach with amazing views from the balcony. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Amazing space!
This property had EVERYTHING we needed and more! It was the nicest place I have ever rented. Excellent location close to restaurants and night life, close to airport, nice to have a pool shaded from the sun, gorgeous beach (we saw a sea turtle laying eggs in the sand one night!)...the staff at WSB Condos are phenomenal. The management was excellent about the check in process and communication throughout when I needed help understanding some of the fancy electronics:)...speedy response to any questions. The housekeeping staff and security guards were also sooo lovely and helpful. Nice to have a covered/gated garage for parking rental vehicle. The apartment was more than enough space for 3 year old, 21 year old plus bestie and me. Nice to have to en suite bathrooms and everything was immaculate. All the cooking supplies, even bug spray/zappers, games, flashlights, umbrella...so well stocked with items and nice to have washing machine. in unit with more than enough towels for our week long stay. Quiet area but close to a lot in the area like the corner Dover Market if you need to pick up some supplies. The view from the balcony was AMAZING with gorgeous sunset views and hearing the waves. I can not say enough good things about the property, host and staff at WSB condos. I would definitely stay there again.

Villa K is great! St Lawrence Gap is very warm: the water, the sun and the people! It's a very convenient location for shopping, restaurants and bars. The sea is directly in front of you. We were watching sea turtles from the balcony this morning.

Beyond Expectations
This property was completely stunning, a wonderful team on property and very welcoming! Close to local shops, bars, restaurants and the turtles on the beach were incredible! Perfect views & comfortable beds, couldn't ask for more on holiday :)

We love the Gap, and this property is perfectly located! You can literally walk to anywhere in St Lawrence Gap. Dover Market is across the street, and lots of restaurants are just a short walk. The location was fantastic(it’s on a private beach), and we plan on returning next year. The unit is beautiful and spacious, and perfect for 2-4 people. Everything you need is there, including beach towels and 2 coolers for adult beverages! Your beach/ ocean view from your balcony is wonderful and relaxing. Philip is the perfect host…so easy to work with, particularly in this time of Covid. Once you’ve arrived, Cyrus will take care of anything you need. We truly didn’t want for anything! This is our 3rd trip to Barbados, and we hope to stay here on every trip in the future!

The view from the balcony and master bedroom is breathtaking. And if we had any questions about anything, Cyrus and Gabriele (the management team) and/or Phil were extremely responsive and ready and willing to help out. Absolutely amazing condo right on a private beach!
Our family of two adults and two kids stayed here for nearly 3 weeks in August. I spent a long time finding a location that I felt is safe during the current COVID pandemic. Barbados was a great decision and Phil's place an even better find.
The condo is very upmarket all round. From the overall building and common areas to the condo itself. The large balcony has a full view of the gorgeous beach and we sat there every morning drinking our coffee watching the turtles come up for air only a few meters from the shore. Never seen that many turtles anywhere in the Caribbean and not even elsewhere on the island. We had the privilege to see one large one come up the beach next to where we sat, dig a hole, and lay her eggs in broad daylight! Two nights later we had to help rescue some newly hatched baby turtles (not the same eggs I assume) that had lost their way to the sea! It was absolutely amazing for our kids to have the opportunity to experience this bit of conservation (Turtles are heavily protected in Barbados so do find out how you can enjoy them without disturbing).
The condo itself is large, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The onsite property managers are very friendly, accessible, and quick with help and advice.
Phil, the host is the best host I have ever come across. He is very responsive both before the trip and during with advice on restaurants and other useful information.
We also enjoyed the St Lawrence Gap and Dover Beach area. Due to COVID many of the resorts and restaurants on the island were still closed while we were there, but here there were always a few restaurants or beach bars open we could visit.
Overall we found Barbados to be very safe and their COVID procedures were effective, well implemented, and not intrusive at all. We were very impressed and I believe other countries can learn a lot from them on how to open the economy in a responsible manner.
This trip was the best decision we made in 2020 and we would certainly stay here again when we visit Barbados again!

Wow what a great vacation! The condo location was perfect. The complex is quiet and has an almost private beach! Everything we needed was included and no detail was left out. The neighborhood was very safe, with dozens of nearby places to eat, coffee shops, etc. Philip (owner) was very easy to get in touch with and the property managers on site were very thorough. We loved being able to see dozens of turtles while having morning coffee. There are so many more things we wanted to do in Barbados so we will likely be back! The weather was gorgeous and when it rained, it only rained for about 3 minutes.
