Perfect for Zadar stay

Very good location right in the middle of town. Very quiet despite this. Room was dark, large comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee making facilities The room was really nice with a lovely shower and good facilities. Very clean and the AC worked well. The check in instructions were ridiculously good - I was sent detailed instructions with photos so it was super easy. Easy 3 minute walk from the Poluotok bus stop (number 2 bus from the main bus terminal if arriving in Zadar by bus)

There is no elevator so might be difficult for people with large bags - didn't affect us but might be useful to know.

Not as good as expected

Convenient location

Photos in booking app does not correspond well with the reality. From the photos apartaments looked more fancy. Hallway door glass was broken. Strong smell of cleaning chemicals.

central location in old town, loved the place even in the rain

not a problem for us but less mobile people may struggle with 3 floors, and maybe put floor numbers up the stairs!

Was right in the center. Wifi worked great and the apartment was nicely renovated.

It was on the top floor of a building with no elevator. It was a little tricky to find in the beginning. another sign with an arrow on the Main Street would help.

Amazing location, very friendly host, great room

Amazing location, very clean, AC for heating/cooling. The room was big enough and light. Even though the room is located above a busy street, there was no noise if the windows were closed. The bed was very comfortable.

The only downside is that there is no lift.

Relaxing, Pleasant, Comfortable

We stayed three nights at one of Unique Rooms, spent the New Year’s eve there. We wanted something out of the chaos and relaxing and we were not disappointed! - Very peaceful, the room is soundproof and you are not bothered by the noise from outside. You can hear the neighbors from above from time to time, especially in the morning but the noise is typically for an apartment. - The mattress was really comfortable, soft. - We appreciated the bottles of water left for the guests! Very thoughtful! :) - The room has air conditioning with a silent function. - It has a hair dryer. - Easy self check in! - Located exactly in the heart of the town. <3 - Our host Josip was really kind and helpful! We had such a lovely stay! We definitely recommend staying at Unique Rooms!

We suppose that the fridge is not used so much by the majority of guests, therefore it tends to be overlooked. It needs a bit more cleaning.

very central and modern. great value for money!

Modern and clean. Big walk in rainshower felt like a luxury. The apartment is located in centre of old town so it was really easy to get around to all the tourist destinations. Josif was very clear with instructions on how to get into the building/unit. We didn’t need have or need much communication with him because everything was perfect. Great value for price! I would highly recommend this spot :)

Amazing stay in the center of Zadar.

The location is definitely amazing! The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy, and it has all the essential things for a perfect stay! The check in and check out were super simple and the owner was in contact with us and helpful with every detail!

A negative point is that the room is in the 3rd floor without elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have babies or reduced mobility, it could be an issue.

A great stay in Zadar

The property is in a brilliant location for exploring Zadar. We didn’t meet the host but the instructions for getting to the property arrived by WhatsApp as soon as we landed at the airport and were very helpful. The property was clean, tidy and modern.

The property is a little smaller than pictured in the photographs and is located in the third floor - I don’t think this was mentioned in the description and could be an issue for some. The bathroom door and wall to the shower were see-through (frosted and coloured glass) so there wasn’t as much privacy in the bathroom as we’d have liked.

Ideal stay in the heart of Zadar

Apartment is located right in the heart of Zadar old town, this made getting around super easy with access to everything in walking distance. Excellent communication with the host, who provided clear instructions on check-in and was there to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend for couples or solo travellers. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location & very comfy accommodation

The self-service checked in was very efficient and convenient. The host was very quick to respond to queries and communicate clearly. The bed and the bedlinen were so comfy and I appreciate the details and thoughtfully well- furnished shower and toilet. There’s a ledge/ holder to put toiletries, ample space to put personal effects in the sink area and rails to hang towels and clothings. This is probably one of the few Airbnbs which ensures guests’ needs in the shower area. Hence, I deeply appreciate it.

great location

It was in the middle of the old town, so location was perfect! would really recommend.

It was on the small side, thankfully we were there only for one night, as we would be less comfortable for a longer stay.
