I didn’t personally like the apartment for the price that I paid

Less service. Lost one day cleaning.fail the door lock.bad experience.

Ice machine never worked. Pop machine was empty. Coffee spilt in elevator not cleaned up. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The property said it had a pool, pool closed and hadn’t been open all year. One of two elevators was out of order. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor. We were not told any of this upon checking in. The building itself was run down. Bricks missing, air conditioners didn’t work well and was very loud, ceiling was crumbling, carpet was puckered. I guess that’s what you get for the price you pay for a night. The bed was decent and the room was quiet. We were on the top floor at the far end:

A motorcycle event created a safety, fire and parking issue for the other guests at the hotel. They were loud well into the next morning for 2 days. Hotel staff and police didn't do anything. The elevator was broken on friday and they hotel staff said someone was coming to fix it that night but it was not fixed until sunday. The hotel's website says breakfast was complimentary but did not mention it would cost. Their business center had 2 desks/computers but only 1 worked and the printer never worked. I also learned there was a pool but it was closed. The management was not going to offer anyone a discount for this but when inquired they were willing to adjust my rate for the 1st night. When asked management said if guests were unhappy; they would have checked out. How does that work when a stay is booked through an agency and non-refundable after the fact? I learned the maid service only comes every 2 days so I put my trash and towels outside my room to be taken on the 2nd day but didn't get anything replaced in the room. I had to ask for replacements on 2 separate days. I put the do not disturbe sign on the 3rd night as no one came to take trash check on the room.

It was a little dirty, but mostly clean. The property looked at older than the photos shown. You are right by the interstate which is nice however if using public transportation know that you will need to use a bus to get the train to get around the city. 1 1/2 hour to downtown was our commute.

My room had bed bugs and when talked to manger she was very rude and told me I must have got them from outside

Immediately upon check in there were bugs in the bed. The hotel itself felt unsafe and it seemed like people in around and near the hotel were not tourists. Very sketchy hotel. When I immediately checked out of the hotel and rebooked somewhere else there was no one even at the front desk to provide me with a receipt. I would love to submit photos of the bugs found in the bed but apparently an option to submit photos is unavailable. I guess if I were submitting photos of the Chicago skyline or a deep dish pizza that would be fine but if I need to submit photos of insects on the bed that's somehow unacceptable. I'm from NYC so I'm not faint of heart when it comes to sketchy areas but stay away from this trailer park ghetto.

Property is typical 3 star hotel. Was clean. Shower wasn’t the best. Just couldn’t check in using Expedia. So had to charge my card again through the hotel to stay 1 night. Hopefully I get refunded

It is convenient to downtown. Facility seems a bit old and tired. Feels dirty. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Please update especially for the price you charge. Security is really needed especially inside. An exterminator is really needed in the rooms.

The location was perfect. Right off the highway and several shopping centers less than 1/2 mile away with tons of food options. I'll stay here again.

Dirty towel no service

Pool was not open. The elevators were broken for most of our trip. The room smelled musty. Air conditioning worked but sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. Parking lot was filled with trash.

Convenient , the room was clean. Breakfast was $12, but it was worth it. House cleaning on the 3rd floor was marvelous? She did an excellent job of what she had to work with. It's an older hotel, but the rooms were clean. No smell good for your buck.

Late check in the room smelled of smoke. They didn’t have another room but promised a discount. The next morning I asked for another room and it was also smoky so I cancelled my second night. And no discount was applied

The room smelled strongly of a certain skunky substance. The shower was stained/rusty. The common areas of the hotel - elevator, lobby, hallways - were in poor condition.

Nice hotel, we had no issues. Everyone was friendly. The only downside was there was nothing in walking distance but it's only a short drive to get some food. The lounge has a full bar and some good food choices.

The restaurant Charlie omg food is very good breakfast, and dinner

This was a terrible stay. Walls are very think, bathroom sink still dirty. No blanket, no extra pillows, no extra anything including a pen or even a bible. Nope I’m not going to go to any Best Western any more. Not worth the price that I was charged.

Clean large room. Nothing fancy but close to where we needed to be and I would stay there again. It was very nice having a bar and restaurant downstairs.

Honeslty we are not very happy to came at this hôtel we didnt feel very safe there was a lot of smell of weed heum it wasnt very clean and for The Price it dosent valu what they offered and very The Price is too much for it.

Blasé. Nothing special just a bed and a tv with a remote to the TV that didn’t work
