It’s a two star kinda place, was safe and pretty clean, they were able to accommodate my small dog for an additional fee. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, which I didn’t think it would be incredible. Would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay as the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was surprisingly comfy with all the amenities. The TV was extremely nice and it had smart TV capabilities with all of my favorite TV apps

It was okay. It was not filthy but could have been cleaner and seems to be getting run down. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

It's an older hotel. But it is kept clean and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast buffett is well stocked with plenty of choices. Also convenient to gas station and places to eat.

The BEST part was the soft bed. My back did not hurt this morning and that was amazing!
The worst part was the horrible musty, feet smell in the room. It’s been raining a lot in Owensboro and it’s very humid so all the smells were coming through. It was so bad I sprayed my perfume to see if it would help. The bathroom had a smell of old clothes that have been left in washer for days and are needing to be rewashed. There was rust on ceiling in bathroom too. The curtains and sheets had small holes, like peas size, and a few rust stains on sheets. The stains were so small I didn’t notice til I rolled over this morning and saw it in the pillow. I did tell front desk gentleman and he said he would look into smell. He was nice.
I’m not sure I’ll stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. There were a couple of rowdies arrived at the hotel while we were there but the manager got it sorted quickly.
Beds comfortable, rooms clean and pool area well maintained.
We enjoyed our stay here.
Manager was very personable and made a point of making sure that guests had everything they needed for their stay. We would recommend staying here of you are in the area.

The sheets & covers and mattress were filthy in room 114. The carpeting in room 100 was so filthy that my white socks looked like had walked on a dirt path. The room next to room 100 had noise levels that made it impossible to sleep. The office did call occupants that turned down music at 10:00 PM.

The hotel was convenient to everything. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I had no issues at all and would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was a great stay. The staff was very friendly. You could tell it has been somewhat recently updated as well and it was clean and comfortable.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that my room adjoined with another. When I first checked in and was looking around, that door was unlocked (I thought is was a closet). It opened directly into the next room. Fortunately, no one was in there at the time. I didn’t like that it had been left unlocked though, as a woman staying there alone, that made me feel uneasy. Also, later that night, there were voices of what sounded like several men in that room and it was very, very loud, definitely not soundproof wall/door.
Overall, it was a good experience and for the price, cleanliness and location, I would stay again.

This is a small independent hotel which serves the purpose for a quick stay.
Nothing fancy, it is safe and quiet.
The Breakfast is typical scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and yogurt. Nothing to sing praises about.
The problem is that is very “dated” and in desperate need of some repairs and upgrades.
The first time I stayed there was about 3 years ago while visiting family. Previously I stayed at one of the Marriot Courtyard hotels in town.
The price difference was huge and since I just needed 1 night I stayed at this hotel.
I was impressed that it was a quaint, clean hotel for the price. The King suites are big and confortable.
However, 3 yrs later it is showing its age.
It is still not a bad deal for $100 or less a night, but if they dont maintain or upgrade the facilities it will just be another “motel 6”

Noticed the bed sheets at yellow stains all over but too tired to get new ones. Also, another group we were with had issues with their toilet not flushing but had it fixed. Room smelt funny and bed sheets were sticky. But again, too tired from traveling to deal with.

Property was ok for the price. The staff were friendly. You can tell it was an older hotel, however they did their best to keep it up to date. Breakfast was fine. However the elevator didn’t work. Nothing against them. I think the recent storms caused a power outage. Not much to eat around there, you’ll have to travel about 10 min away to get it the area with the latest restaurants

It’s ideal for construction workers but not for the average traveler. It needs a lot of updating and maintenance. We were at first given a room on the first floor as the elevator was out and I have difficulty with stairs. But the room wasn’t very clean and needed major updating. We were given a room on the second floor, which was better but still below standard. The staff was great but could only do what they could to accommodate as best as possible.

It’s a nice hotel for what we needed it for: a place for the night while passing through. We didn’t use the pool or gym. The breakfast was good. The only issue was that the elevator was down but that happens.

The quality was poor considering the rating they received from Hotels.com. The elevator did not work. Refrigerator was not working. The bathroom door was very noisy each time it was opened. Every time I sat in the chair felt like I was being bitten. Did not feel safe in this motel
