It was horrible. Because I work nights, I requested to extend my stay from a checkout of 11am, to 3pm. It cost me $50, but that was okay. But they knocked on my door twice, at 9am, and again at 11:30am, waking me up. As a result, I got very little sleep. I asked to speak with management, but was told they wouldn’t arrive until 4pm. I called back after that time, and still was not allowed to speak with management. I can live with a $50 loss, but will never do business with these people again.

Both the counter and shower sinks were nearly clogging, flow very slow. Feet were in 4 inches high water during showering. shower faucet was nearly broke and loose. Some Caulking was with brown stains. The coffee maker had an old dried coffee bag from last user without removed and cleaned. The room was clean.

To say the room was dirty is an understatement. We had checked in and left our bags in the room and headed out because we had a concert to get to. We were not happy with what we saw, but decided to deal with it when we got back. While on the way back to the hotel, we decided that we were not going to stay the night in a place willing to offer us a room looking the way it did. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Mold in the shower. The entry way floor was covered in something sticky and you could see it, and our shoes stuck to it when we walked on it. On the way to the front you could clearly smell someone was smoking weed, and the hallway carpet was stained. The man at the front desk did offer to give us another room, but after seeing what we saw, we had seen enough. I asked if I could just have my money back, and he would not give me a refund. We still checked out and left because we were grossed out. There were a ton of people loitering in the parking lot, which I found very weird. The outer side entry doors also do not lock, so anyone could come and go from the side entry doors as they pleased, which is not great. I would not recommend this place.

The room was filthy. Sheets were dingy and smelled musty. I had to lay down my own blanket to sleep on to mask the smell. There is stains all over the walls. Paint missing above the headboard. Carpet had not been swept in who knows how long. I seriously wanted to leave, but couldn't keep driving for the night.

check in was very friendly. First room had a broken fan, tried to call front desk, phone was broken. My husband went down and got us moved to a room across the hall but it was a big inconvenience as we didn't realize until we were going to bed and we were exhausted from travel.
Was expensive for what we received and the room was $120 cheaper if you didn't purchase on hotels.com
Good area, quiet with lots of restaurants nearby

The whole facility needs windows cleaned, common area walls need painting, etc. The topper was that the shower in the room above had a major leak when they took a shower, which came through the ceiling into our shower. It has obviously been doing so for some time, as there was what appears to be mold.

I will never reserve a room where my last day of cancelation is the day before I arrive. After driving for 4 hours and seeing this hotel for the first time, went up to my room with my clothes, and I was so disappointed. The hotel was dated, dirty, dingy, and smelly. I could not stay and the manager refused to refund both of my night stays. He kept $106.36. I thought when you are dissatisfied with a product the customer’s money is refunded. I was being kind but the manager chose to hang up on me and keep my money.

If you don't get your hopes up and realize you're just sleeping there, it's fine. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. The check in was easy and the night manager was pleasant and polite. In the room itself, things show some age-- chipping paint, knocked furniture. Nothing that impacts the stay, but noticeable.
Biggest issue for me is that the room was published as sleeping 6 people. Our party had 6 people. When I asked for a 6th towel in the morning, I was told I could only have it of I brought down some dirty towels. No explanation and no apology or anything like that. This struck me as quite odd. I felt weird and slightly accused at the shear notion. But needing to shower, i obliged.
Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about, but good nonetheless. Without the incident with the towels I may not have taken the time to even write a review. The stay was fine, the facility was average. It was just that weird interaction.

Check in was good. The room was nice with a desk and couch. Everything worked fine except the toilet was loose from the floor and didnt flush properly. Ive stayed at this hotel 1 night in August for the last 5 years and I will stay again next year. Very convenient.

We pulled into this hotel after 10pm and there were kids running around in the parking lot. At check-in, the hotel lobby smelled like weed. We were greeted with another, unidentified stench when we entered our room. It was clear that they tried to hide the odor with air freshener, but that just made it worse. Overall, the room was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was water damaged. The carpet was extremely wet (I'm guessing this was their attempt to clean up whatever was the cause of the smell). The couch, floor, mattress, and bedding were all stained. We debated on even staying, but after a full day of travel, we were exhausted. We will NEVER stay here again.

Hotel room smelled like cigarettes. Room above us was very loud. We stayed for my son’s basketball tournament and the hotel manager would not let our boys eat pizza together in the lobby.

Really needs an update, our room was musty and bathroom smelled like smoke. Just dated all around. The kids liked the pool. Waffle maker was disfunctional and dangerous. Not a great breakfast selection.

This hotel is not well
Maintained. The rooms are dirty and in great need of updating. The curtains are falling off the wall. The floor molding is rotted and falling off. Beds were old. Do not plan on using what looks like a lobby to socialize outside of your room. We were there for a basketball tournament and were kicked out of the “lobby” multiple times. One time in the evening which was understandable due to noise. But I was also kicked out around 10:30am when trying to play a game of cards with two small children. The breakfast was terrible, no protein option was offered along with a sad selection of toasts and muffins. There are several other hotels that share a parking lot with this hotel, I would recommend staying at one of these before this one.

Dried blood on our sheets, blow dryer was broken (sister didn’t even have one in her room for me to borrow), one person working front desk and trying to run breakfast, just all around a dirty place. Heard a lot of complaints from other guests as well. Will never stay here or recommend this place again. Corporate should be ashamed.

Staff and service were great, everything was clean, breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel was easy to find and easily accessible from the highway. Lots of dining options around. Only downside is the furniture could use some updating in the rooms but it did not affect the quality of our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. My sink was stopped up for an entire week. No one could find a plumber in a weeks time to get a clog out. Breakfast was sub-par. One day no forks, never hot water for tea, cold egg disks, reheated cold hard sausages and spoiled orange juice. I told the front desk 3 days that the orange juice was spoiled, and they didn’t change it. Shampoo dispenser in my room was out, obvious to anyone, and they didn’t change it. They just handed me a bottle and expected me to do it. The landscape people were putting in new mulch and hit the front of my car with wet mulch and left a scratch. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Garbage was over flowing in the rubbish bin right outside the front door. There are many more hotels to choose from very close. Find another one!

There was hair in the shower, it didn’t appear to be clean at all. There was hair in my ice bucket and ants crawling on the table. The floors weren’t swept and the room smelled musty like it had been wet and dried a the bathroom smelled the same.

Hot weather, arrived late. Room was an oven. Took over 2 hours before it was cool enough to sleep.

Front desk person asked way too many personal questions of me, a woman traveling solo. Hallway to my room reeked of cigarette smoke the minute you stepped off the elevator, despite it being a no smoking area. Rooms were of questionable cleanliness and, honestly, I didn’t feel safe there. TV control did not work and the breakfast was not open until 9am as I had been told.
Would definitely not stay here again.

Staff were very nice. The property does need to be maintained better however. Floors looked dirty no matter what time of day. The exercise was lame - no treadmill which seems like a basis piece of equipment. Also no sanitizer to wipe down equipment after being used.

There for a AAU tournament with 3 kids and pool was closed and breakfast was not good at all and that was the only reason we chose this hotel is for hot breakfast and pool. Overall hotel was kept up well

The property structure is not safe. Our room was not level the you could see the floor and the doorways were higher on the one side of the room and the floor was lower in the center of the room. The pool was disgusting and looked like pond water. Our sleeper sofa had no sheets or pillows when we arrived and then they brought up in correct sheets and said that's all they had and they were visibly stained yellow. At least I hope they were stained. Just very GROSS all around.

Reception was very friendly. Room was neat. Bed and jacuzzi were great. Had to shoulder the room door to open it. Breakfast was dreadful.

The approachable location is excellent. The lower floor, entrance are and breakfast room are well appointed.
My room was very average. For a suite room the seating area furniture had bee removed and there was a rollaway mattress and box spring in its place.
The desk chair was poor and not adjustable for height. There were no other chairs available in the room.
The bathroom was acceptable. The shower shampoo container was empty. No reason for toiletries to be less than adequate.
I guess I got what I paid for.
