Bel Air on Broadbeach is a great place to stay with walking distance to Pacific fair and the beach and a short drive to our friends who have moved to the Gold Coast we will be back next year

The only issue I had was the SPA. Was toooo hot.. I have one at home and this spa was over 44’ and the pump underneath when the spa was running WAS SCOLDING. I did advise management and local residents who lived there and ageeed

Had a lovely stay at the Bel Air. My only complaint would be that we had a 3 bedroom apartment and only 1 car space. My son parked on the street next to the property so there was some parking. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

It's in a great location. Walking distance to Pacific Fair & Dracula's. Very convenient to have a tram stop out the front for a quick trip into Cavil Ave.

Yapping dogs in next apartment, after a week we were moved to another apartment this overlooked major roadworks. Several nights they worked through the night.
Staff were supposed to contact me the day before leaving home, they didn't this complicated checking in after hours

I liked the close proximity to the beach and Pacific Fair shopping mall. Our room had a new bathroom and kitchen which were both nice.
I didn't like that the pictures of a superior room do not match what we got. All rooms are different sizes and have different furniture and have different views. If you are lucky enough to be allocated a higher floor on the side of the building you will get a much better view and bigger living area then some of the other rooms. But if you are unlucky like us you will pay the same amount of money and not get as great view and much smaller.
The spa is far too small for the amount of rooms at the hotel.

Shower very tepid. Impossible to have hot shower. Renovation works directly above our unit. Woke up 8.30am on saturday to a hammer drill on the concrete slab above us and construction noise all day till 4.45pm. Notification was works monday to friday. Unit aircon too small. Unit took 24hrs to warm up and we still had a jumper on inside. We did recieve a discount but would have preferred a better time.

Best part about this hotel was the view, we stayed in the 2 bed. superior ocean view apartment. We could look from the ocean all the way back to the Tamborine Mountains on the other side, plus the apartment was really spacious. The kids had heaps of fun in the indoor pool and the hot spa, bit disappointed with the outdoor swimming pool which temperature isn't for normal people to use as it is freezing cold. There are heaps of dining and shopping options short distance from the hotel.

This was our third time staying at Bel Air, first with our son, and we had the BEST time as usual! We love the convenience to the beach and shops, yet the quietness. Everything is always clean, relaxing, and everyone is friendly. We love the option between outdoor and indoor pools as it's getting colder to swim outside now. We also love how the Bel Air always feels like there are people around, but it's never crowded so it's very calming. We'll be back on our next trip to the GC!

Very good value for the price. Very conveniently located to transport, shopping (easy walk to Pacific Fair) & dining venues. The light rain to Surfers is a short stroll away, as is the local beach. The most welcoming Hotel Reception space manned by one of the most pleasant and efficient receptionists I have encountered for a very long time.
The information and directions were clear and precise yet delivered with warmth and the building interior and room we had lived up to expectations from the entrance door.
Hotel facilities were superb so all in all it was an absolute pleasure to spend time there - Paradise away from Paradise.
