Check in was great! We had requested rooms on the inside as opposed to the busy street side and that's exactly what we got! However, our toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night, had to get a plunger, use the bathroom on the 1st floor. Also, no hot water in the morning for a shower.

The check in process took about 15 minutes (there was a line since it was the Friday before Thanksgiving and location is near the college football stadium.) They were polite, punctual, and very through with explaining the amenities and how to get to our rooms. We came for the night for the Shaboozey/Ernest/Jelly Roll concert as a family of 6. Both our rooms were clean, well stocked, and comforting. The best part of the whole stay on the property was the house keeper!!! We were on the fourth floor and as soon as she saw us walking into our rooms, she greeted us, let us know her title, as well as extending the offer of help if we needed anything at all to let her know. She truly made the stay that much better just by making sure we knew she was there for whatever we may need. We made sure to leave her a wonderful tip and little note. We appreciate her, and the rest of the staff, for her wonderful hospitality and wish them the best with their futures! Will definitely recommend them and stay anytime we’re back in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was professional and polite. The only con is the couch in the room was low to the floor and no foot stool was provided.

At 4 am to 8 am in morning the room phone started ringing Constantly. It was very Disturbing. I couldn't get any sleep, so I got up and leave. I call the front desk several times and each time they told me that the calls was not coming from the Front desk. And because this was something that happened at their hotel. And you pay for the Comfort they didn't suggest anything.

Special thanks to Keshia and Latonia!! They are true gems and made sure we had clean towels, sheets and toiletries. We spent several days whilst my son’s apartment was getting ready. Santana at the front desk was also kind and very helpful. Definitely will be my go to place when I’m back.

Hotel was clean. However, do not get a room with an even number as they face the main road. The noise from the cars all night long was ridiculous; and we even had a white noise machine. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower. At check out, I wanted to address the issues but no one was at the front desk and I had to get on the road home.

Very, VERY friendly front desk! They get top ratings. They were helpful in every way! Our ceiling leaked in our first room and they promptly put us in another room. That room had water damage ( in the bathroom there was a hole in the ceiling) as well but it was so so clean otherwise. The price was right and it was a 5 minute drive from USC.

The front desk service was terrible the day we checked in- there was one person at the front desk and she kept disappearing for long periods of time, so it took forever for us to check in (our 5 year old was with us). When we finally got up to the desk she then took a phone call and was on the phone for quite a long time while we waited. When we got in the room the TV would not work properly and the front desk employee said she would come up to look at it and she never did. When we went out for dinner and saw her on the way out I mentioned my daughter had to just watch her tablet and she said "oh that's good" since the TV did not work. Then when we got home a woman was standing in the lobby telling her friend that she had been waiting 20 minutes just to get another pillow. Terrible staff at the front desk the night we checked in.

I did not even stay here and I had them cancel the booking 3 days before my stay because they do not allow dogs. I have a 3 month old puppy I could not leave at home. They said I would not be charged but apparently I was. Now I have to fight that! 🙄

What a wonderful and cheerful staff to be greeted by on a late night check-in. After traveling all day and arriving late at night the staff greeted my family with such a delight that made the reception well worth the trip. Thanks for going above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience!!!

The hotel was conveniently located near the Colonial Life Arena. Check in was easy. Everything was clean. The only complaint was the loud noise of the shower door when opening and closing. There was a lot of noise in the hallways too…I could hear when other guests closed their doors. Other than that…I’d stay again.

I read previous reviews on noise but stayed anyway. Wow! The busy street was literally outside my window on the first floor. What a nightmare once I tried watching tv. The traffic noise was too loud mixed with how high you had to turn the volume up on the tv. Bed was comfy but pillows are those extreme soft ones that you sink into. You have to fold them up to get some support. Our toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. First use nearly sent me flying into the floor. Breakfast was basic with sausage, eggs and oatmeal. If you sleep very heavy, are from a loud city, this hotel might be ok for you. I would never stay here again. The outdoor car noise that was never ending as well as hearing anything in the hallways gives this hotel an F rating. Keep looking!! Don’t do it.

Check in took over a half hour. Only one employee at the entire property and she was nice but she needed support. We got to our room to find a used room that had not been cleaned with two double beds when we booked a king room. Went to the front desk and we were informed this is a common problem at this hotel. She booked us into another room. Again, with two beds when we booked a king room. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning the room. We had a dirty towel in the room. The room was not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed and surprised to see this is a Fairfield property.

The staff was very accommodating. I did have to ask for a different room due to a needed repair to the heating unit. Low backup battery signal from the smoke detector woke me way too early. The room was in otherwise excellent condition. Very nice and clean. I do recommend this hotel due to the caring and actions of the staff I would stay again.

We’ll there’s a lot that happen. The button in the elevator didn’t work for the 4th floor. My kureg did not work in my room . The breakfast was out of some food when I went down and the lady working was very rude . The coffee was terrible. Bagels felt stale . I most likely not stay there on my net stay in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and offered a large variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was on the busy road side and the noise was just awful. Couldn't get to sleep until 2am when the traffic slowed up. Next time we'll be requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. And, yes, we would definitely stay again!
