Claudio and the staff were all amazing. Professional and super efficient yet with a homey atmosphere for a very high end property. Nothing was too much for them! Hotel manager was also terrific. Will definitely stay there again. Very welcoming and happy environment. Thank you Mont Cervin Palace!!

From the concierge desk, to the reception staff to the spa/pool desk attendant, to the restaurant servers and management to the shuttle service, we received truly excellent care and attention. We couldn’t take a shower because our side of the hotel did not have HOT water only cold. They gave us a piece of chocolate to “compensate” totally unacceptable

The property was nice. I was very disappointed in my check in. I reserved and paid for 3 rooms. I was traveling with a group of 6 ladies. I had to check us all in as I had reserved and paid for the rooms. The other rooms were available on arrive and on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the mountains. My room wasn't available for a couple of hours and I was put in a room on the second floor overlooking the roof of the property. I was never asked if I wanted one of the nicer rooms. I'm glad my traveling friends got a super nice room but was very disappointed in my room. Bathroom was half the size of the others as well. I asked to be moved to the same floor the others were on but was told it would be an additional $1000 swiss francs. They knew we were traveling together. I thought this could have been handled better. The receptionist was a very sweet person and the manager, who I asked to speak with was also professional and nice. I was just disappointed they didn't make accomodations for my request.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Stayed 3 nights but could have done 4 or 5. The service was the best! I will be staying at this hotel again on my next visit.

Decent rooms and service. No AC so very warm in August. They try to overcharge. When we wanted an extra night first they quoted over 600 CHF. On expedia i got it for half. That upset them now thay want to charge CHF 150 as they calim we are two persons. On expedia price for single or double occupancy is the same. BEWARE.

Lovely hotel with a great staff. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Great spa but around the pool a little bit messy, dirty towels everywhere, could be better but nevertheless we can recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel staff was wonderful! We had our 5 month old with us and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They handled all of our luggage and provided us with a crib, bedding for the crib, toys and bath products for the baby. The concierge was amazing! they helped us book dinner reservations every night, and assisted us in touring the area. I would gladly stay here again

we had trouble with the bathroom and they changed us immediately to a better class room no extra charge.

Great location in the heart of zermatt. Five star service and great restaurant and bar. Breakfast room was superb with white tablecloth and excellent assortment of food items. Would stay here again next visit.

This is the first time I feel that it´s important to write a review regarding my stay in a hotel.I consider that my husband and I are very frequent travellers, and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, some being part of Leading Hotels of the World, in Europe, America and Asia.We made a reservation for dinner at the Hotel´s Restaurant for 12 people for a special celebration.We got there on time, and they seated us in front of the grill, and the weather had been extremely hot. We asked if they could arrange a different seating, and they responded it was not possible. Then my brother-in-law told the host that in that case, we would leave, because it was impossible to eat with that heat so close to the table. After saying that he responded they could arrange for a table outside, in their less formal restaurant.When we got there, the waiters were fixing the tables to accomodate us, being a party of 12 is not easy. While doing this, the host from this restaurant started to complain to the other waiter about seeting us there.We sat down and it took a long while before anyone came to the table and asked if we wanted something to drink, to start with. We had to call the waitress. They did not put any napkins, silverware, or anything to make us feel like we were going to have dinner.When we finally were able to place the order for dinner, we asked for several appetizers, and then the main courses.We had to wait a long long time, before getting any bread on the table.

Difficult to access gym. Took several trips to front desk to get access.

Room was beautiful and in fact we were upgraded at no charge. Right in the heart of a great resort area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and service excellent

We had a wonderful time at Mont Cervin Palace...Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our son did not feel well upon arriving and they were very helpful getting us to the right doctor. Thanks again for another great stay!!
