as always the room and services are great however this trip HOTELS.COM messed up big time i booked through the new one key stuff and got all my confirmation info and emails only to get to the room and she couldn't find my reservation so i gave the clerk my confirmation number and it came up as the person that checked in before we both had the same confirmation number in the end we got a room and all was good but hotels . com has to do better this is a great little hotel and next just like every time i go through there i will stay again

This Microtel Inn was by far the nicest one we stayed in. The staff was so friendly, they put out warm cookies in the evening, nachos and were so helpful and pleasant. One of the few hotels that actually gives you 4 pillows versus the 3 you usually get - which doesn't make sense. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is our mid-point stay when heading to Miami. It is always clean, comfortable, and has a solid breakfast. I tried a more expensive hotel a few doors down to see if we were missing out on anything, and it just wasn't an upgrade from this hotel. This hotel works really hard to compete with the others while keeping prices low. They have succeeded every time we stay.

The room was exactly as expected and the entire facility was claen and well maintained. The desk manager at check in made fresh cookies at 6:00 and nachos at 6:30. She also recommended a good restaurant to us that was within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is that the streets around this and several other hotels is difficult to navigate. We'll stay here any time we need a room in the Kingsland area.

We chose this hotel as we needed a late check out. I payed for the late check out and had a confirmation email for it. The staff ran us off 2 hours earlier than my confirmed late check out stating they were going to charge me for another day if I didnt leave. Terrible mold in the rooms that we booked as well.

We stopped here on our drive from New Jersey to Florida and we had our dog with us so we needed a pet friendly hotel, this means that they place you in a pet friendly room which was the horrible part. The room smelled to the point that my husband did not feel good. We booked 2 nights and ended up sleeping for 2 hours and leaving.

We stayed here for one night on our drive from Southern Massachusetts to Orlando. After a 17 hour journey, we were disappointed to find that the outdoor hot tub was non functional. We took a quick dip in the pool and quickly regretted it as it was lukewarm, cloudy and full of debris. The overhanging trees drop seeds on the pool deck that stick to your feet and get in the water. Pool filter was off at the time which was about 9pm. It’s a shame because this could be such a nice pool area with proper upkeep. The room and rest of the hotel were fine for a one night stay and it was cheap enough for our needs.

Great customer service at check-in by Michelle. There were fresh cookies and a nacho snack bar out at 6:30pm. We had to stop at the hotel due to a very heavy storm. In our room in the first floor, there was some water coming in through the windows, notified the front desj and she quickly offered me a different room. We didnt change rooms because we were already installed, so the quick fix was a few towels. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of food even at 9am. Rooms were clean and comfortable Will stay again if needed.

It was just an overnight stay. It was good the hotel is clean but a little outdated. Front desk was friendly. We went swimming in the pool we started enjoying it and there were 2 people a male and female came with the beer and smoke a cigarette. It was just so uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Security is needed for the ease of the hotel guest.
