Load banging from other rooms all night most rooms causing the issues was told by staff to keep quiet and they still contained ended up checking out of room 414 at half 5 as had enough

Checked in and was in one of the older style rooms asked if any of the newer rooms available and told they were fully booked. My colleague checked in also and was offered a newer room. Room was dated, accessible and joining. None of which was requested. 5 gbp per night for parking.

Slightly disappointed, picked this hotel because a thought we would get a view of the Marina , only got a view of the massive air Con unit, the room was ok but think it was possible meant for a person in a wheel chair everything was vey low .

I've only marked the surrounding area down because there's nothing really around there, but that's not a bad thing. In some ways it's good. The hotel is on an industrial estate surrounded by a lot of car dealerships. What that does mean is there's no passing traffic, it's very quiet because of this. Take nothing away from the hotel. All the staff we met were all very polite and helpful. The checking in process was very easy and the room very easy to find. The room was great. Spacious with a lsrge bathroom with bath and shower. The supplied shower gel and hair shampoo were extremely nice too. Tea and coffee facilities were also great as well as a large tv with sky sports included. Plenty of hangers for your clothes and drawers. The only negative is no USB charging points. But we had brought plugs anyway. Breakfast was lovely. Hot food was a selection. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms, sliced and cooked potatoes and halved tomatoes cooked. Limitless! Toast croissants, pan au chocolate, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. There really was a great selection. We had dinner one night with a great selection of good food, all served piping hot and tasty. The wings with buffalo sauce were especially nice. All in all a very nice place to stay, we will return again if needs be.

Really enjoyed the two nights stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Bar area good viewing of sports weather your into football or rugby or even the boxing on Saturday night they have it all. The pool is nice size but needs some maintenance to get it up to a good standard. Staff on entry again very helpful and professional. Overall this is a good hotel but really needs to be given a good refresh of carpets and maybe beds as ours feels like it was going to fall apart sometime.

My room wasn’t particularly clean, and the room next door had workers in the late afternoon and morning, using tools which resulted in a disrupted sleep and unable to rest as there was constant banging and noise. I understand the hotel is going through works but I don’t believe these rooms should be open whilst work is going on next door as it completely ruined the hotel for me. I also have videos to back this if required.

Hotel OK. Rooms looking a little tired with no air con or charging points but bedside. Have to pay extra for use of gym/pool and parking is £5 per day. Looks like a good rate until you add all extras in that should be included as standard - where else are you going to part you car when staying there as hotel is 5 miles from Hull centre?

Room looking a little tired with no electric sockets by the bed to charge phone which was annoying. Extra for parking and gym so looks like a good deal but isn't. Not sure why they charge for parking as where else are you supposed to park your car and over 5 miles from Hull city centre.

Friendly staff and comfortable bar and eating area. Room carpet was badly stained and also smell of drains was noted in bathroom which was not good. Rest of room was ok. Warm day so air conditioning would be good to have in rooms.

It's price doesn't reflect the condition of the property. It's tired, and tatty in places. It's convenient for the nearby arena and for work stops, but not for leisure. The shower screen kept swinging open, some of the light switches didn't seem to operate anything, the bin bag was stuck together, old hairgrips on the floor. The lift wasn't working, but the staff pointed us in the direction of the staff lift and we're very helpful. In fact the staff were the best part. Reception staff set the bar and others were all has pleasant. The place seemed short staffed. This was apparent a breakfast, tables not cleared quickly, and food not topped up quickly. But staff were non-stop working at clearing and restocking, so they couldn't have done any more without more hands. £127 for one night for what is a budget hotel, not on my favourite list.

Generally nice hotel. However, breakfast options were very limited if you did not want a cooked breakfast and expensive considering what was on offer. Could have done with more fruit, yogurt, continental style breakfast etc. Had to pay £5 extra each night for parking which was a bit disappointing considering the hotel was over 5 miles from city center and where else where you supposed to park? Gym and pool were an extra £5 a night when other nearby similarly priced hotels offered this in the price.

Can't fault the staff all very friendly and helpful, wish all hotels had staff like them. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and were a bit grubby, didn't feel very clean and hot. It was grubby and dirty in bar area to, need to clean a little bit more.

Possibly the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed it. Felt really dusty, hanger left over at the back of the bathroom door from previous resident, glass for drinking looked dirty, kettle absolutely filthy with water left in it, spiderweb with spider on the side of the toilet. Accidentally dropped something under the bed in the morning. Rather than putting my hand under the bed decided to push it to the side. Looks like it's never been cleaned and it had bugs under the bed. Hated my stay.

This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel in recent weeks, on this occasion I stayed in an so call upgraded Club Room, it looked the same as every other room. Small things about the hotel require to be improved. ie all the soap dispensers have the same product in them, be it, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The pillow in my room had seen better day being lumpy and not comfortable, the carpet are grubby and paintwork chipped and worn giving the hotel an unloved tatty look. Even the reception staff are not as welcoming as they should be, they are the first impression you get of the hotel. I don't think seeing reception staff wearing a fleece pushed up above the elbows is the best look, personally it looks scruffy/ uninterested. The staff don't wear badges as you can identify who you addressing. and one of the waitresses had a tee shirt that was two sizes to large for her. again who is the manager making sure that the hotel make the correct impression of the hotel brand.

Staff were friendly and helpful some rooms were a little tiered as I ended up saying a extra night so had to rebook and change room breakfast was the best thought it let the hotel down as the bacon was smoked not everyone’s choice, potatoes where soggy as sweeting in the hot plate warmer, scrambled egg was just wet mosh and no flavour. There’s a park and ride service within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel that we used to get to Hull city centre. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very tired, needs investment and updating. At £90 a night, it’s well overpriced, I wouldn’t stay again. Two beds pushed together - just poor.

Tres on reception was ace! TV signal was slow/dodgy Breakfast was fine but a bit sparse Room was ok but a bitntight and the chair weighed a ton and wasnt easy to move Nice place, would use again as I know the Village Hotel in Aberdeen well!
