It was a good visit. The first thing I noticed is that the LVT flooring was failing. The other issue was the restroom does not have enough light. I like the layout of the room and everyone was very friendly!

Stay was great. Check out was goof. When I get to work I realize I forgot a scarf that my mother bough me was left in the closet. So I called the front desk to let the know. I never received a call back from one. When I get off work I wend down to the hotel. I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk. He acted like he didn’t car and said the cleaning person didn’t find a scarf. When I know I forgot in the room. So the cleaning lady walk by me pretending like she was doing something at the front of the hotel. I really like the hotel but when you have dishonest people working for the hotel next she will be taking from you hotel..

I have stayed here 3 times. The first I had no problems. The second my room was disgusting. It wasn’t well cleaned, the toilet was clogged, the towels were ripped and stained. I already had my 3rd (and final stay booked) so continued. I arrived and was told that the system was updating and they couldn’t check me in. They sent me next door to the holiday inn and said they would bill them. Well I got there and the holiday inn said Cambria was supposed to send me with paperwork. It was a whole fiasco. Intimately I got some sleep, but then had to change hotels by check out time. It was a huge hassle and inconvenience. Not one time did ANYONE apologize for the inconvenience.

It was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. Our only criticism is that the room was obviously designed for a single guest. Not that we watched TV a lot, but there was only one seat where you could watch it comfortably. Even the bed didn’t face the tv so that was not an option either.

The location of this hotel being close to the Loop 101 and Desert Ridge Marketplace is ideal. Overall the hotel is very nice but we gave it a lower rating because the customer service was lacking. The front desk employees were not welcoming and they couldn't answer most questions that we asked. They lacked energy and enthusiasm and quite frankly, they looked like they didn't want to be working there. We stayed for 7 nights and never experienced an employee demonstrating positivity or enthusiasm for us being guests there.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is close to dozens of restaurants, the hardest part was deciding what we wanted to eat. They also have a restaurant in house for breakfast and dinner and a fully stocked bar. Our bartender was hilarious. We really enjoyed talking with her and the drinks were fabulous. Breakfast was absolutely delicious

Been there several times seems to be slipping. We really enjoyed the fire places they don't work anymore. Didnt have any pads of paper or pens in the room anymore. Still nice but wouldn't consider it top of the line anymore.

Not a terrible location but could use a bit of renovations and some things in the room were a bit damaged or mainly dirty but just needs a deep cleaning. Service from staff was basic. Nothing special. Could use some bit of spirit when it comes to the staff. The good part was the area across the street was absolutely amazing! Great shopping with tons of stores to choose from & great places to eat.

I always stay at Cambria. We frequently have appointments at Mayo Clinic and it’s a 5 minute drive. Close to shopping, food, and pharmacy’s. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Long black hairs and dirt on bathroom floor. Inoperable coffee maker , inoperable ice machine, no movie channels or Netflix access, sheets not thoroughly on bed with tags at the top to irritate face while in bed. Internet access out for greater than 3 hours. Rabbit allowed in as a pet not just dogs.

Went for business and stayed for play. Here from Santa Clarita, this is my first time in AZ. My husband's amp repair guy lives out here so this time I came along for the ride. Once we arrived we were greeted by Jonathan. Very friendly guy. We asked him where the gym was because you can tell he's pretty in shape guy. He told us about the bar as well 😊 I didn't catch her name but she told us about the things to do in town. Right across the way are the outlets and restaurants such as the Backyard. Good times are surely created there. We had a blast. Also try Breakfast Kitchen Bar. So good! Our room was so wonderful with the picturesque window and smart mirror in the bathroom. It had every port needed, strategically placed to keep things charged and a desk to work on as well. Mini fridge with the coffee set up or when you can make your beverages. The hotel wasn't too crowded so take a visit. You won't be disappointed.

First got there the room obviously was not cleaned prior to us coming. Bathroom had hair on the sink countertop. The computer desk had stains all over it and the room had a terrible smell. Once we complained front desk was kind and got us another room that was much better. Bed was not very comfy hard to sleep in.
