Welcome to the Multiview Studios. A hip Neutra-inspired modern 1,800 sq ft gated estate which features an attached Guesthouse Studio. Mid-century has been re-imagined modern stainless steel kitchen with Viking range and Cesar stone kitchen counters. Your group will enjoy hanging out in our outdoor jacuzzi hot tub or Netflix and Chill with our outdoor TV. Spacious and bright open floor plan and great for entertaining large families again! This home is located up above Cahuenga Blvd and you will hear street noise if you leave the doors open.

Less than a mile and walkable or 3 min drive to Universal City Studios. 2.5 miles to the Hollywood Bowl. 10 min drive to Runyan Canyon, Lake Hollywood or Hollywood Sign. Great location for other sites to head downtown LA or Malibu beach as minute drive to 101 Freeway. 15 minute walk to Core Power Yoga, Starbucks and other local cafes and restaurants - even our favorite In-and-Out Burger! (order it "animal style"!)

Main house features floor to ceiling windows with stunning garden views. Massive spacious floor plan in the living area that opens up to private outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor dining w BBQ grill. ** Please note this home has glass coffee table top and glass dining room table - may not be ideal if you have a toddler.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups ** we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outdoors only. ** If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* We require valid photo IDs of all guests.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee for first 2 hours late. More than 2 hours a $500 charge.

* Well Behaved Family Dog will be considered. (No cats) Max 2 dogs. PET FEE $75 PER PET. MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

We had a great time. The location is close to Universal and just a few minutes to a grocery store. It’s secluded and felt safe. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of room for our family and the grandparents in a separate space. I do wish there were a few extra towels and linens. The glass tables made me a little nervous with kids around but it was still a very comfortable stay.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Multiview residence in Los Angeles, CA. After a thorough search lasting nearly a month, we selected the property based on its photographs, location, and the promise of specific amenities, particularly the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. We discovered the Jacuzzi was in a deplorable state. It contained rocks and sand, the water was cloudy with a film and a mysterious brown matter floating on the surface. also there was significant hard water buildup rings. Despite running the cleaning cycle, which only produced foam, the Jacuzzi remained unusable. When we contacted the property manager, the response was dismissive, stating only, "It's cleaned every Monday." This response did not address the photographic evidence we provided and failed to resolve the issue during our stay. The listing claimed the property could accommodate six guests, there were insufficient towels for us five. Before our trip, I contacted customer service to inquire about linens and they assured me the property was "fully stocked." This was false. Compounding the issue, the main shower leaked profusely, necessitating the use of the towels on the floor. Consequently, we had to purchase additional towels and laundry detergent to maintain basic hygiene during our stay. The lack of responsiveness and failure to address our issues during our stay, have left us deeply dissatisfied with our stay.

We (my sister & I with our 1 adult, 1 teen & 9 year old children) stayed for 2 nights for a trip we were taking to Universal. This location is fantastic for a trip to Universal but we did have some issues with the property. The listing states it will sleep 8 but our 5 barely fit with ample sleeping space. Based on the listing, we should have been fine however the futon is in the family room which has a wall of glass but no coverings, the “twin roll out” actually was a very small air mattress (not sure if could be classified as twin size) which left the queen air mattress which only fit in the guest house area after we rearranged furniture, and didn’t hold air. We weren’t left with enough linens (1 wash cloth and 4 towels for the 5 of us), only 1 extra blanket and the main bathroom didn’t have hot water. I give this a 3 because the location is GREAT! If some changes can be made, I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and we felt very safe!

We had a great time staying at your place. The one thing that I would change is the place was lacking as far as supplies. There are some things that could be done to make ones stay easier. More towels and blankets and to check the drawers for things that are needed when one is in their home. We would stay again if we ever do a studio tour.
