Welcome to the Multiview Studios. A hip Neutra-inspired modern 1,800 sq ft gated estate which features an attached Guesthouse Studio. Mid-century has been re-imagined modern stainless steel kitchen with Viking range and Cesar stone kitchen counters. Your group will enjoy hanging out in our outdoor jacuzzi hot tub or Netflix and Chill with our outdoor TV. Spacious and bright open floor plan and great for entertaining large families again! This home is located up above Cahuenga Blvd and you will hear street noise if you leave the doors open.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups ** we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outdoors only. ** If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
* We require valid photo IDs of all guests.
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee for first 2 hours late. More than 2 hours a $500 charge.

We had a great time. The location is close to Universal and just a few minutes to a grocery store. It’s secluded and felt safe. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of room for our family and the grandparents in a separate space. I do wish there were a few extra towels and linens. The glass tables made me a little nervous with kids around but it was still a very comfortable stay.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Multiview residence in Los Angeles, CA. After a thorough search lasting nearly a month, we selected the property based on its photographs, location, and the promise of specific amenities, particularly the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
We discovered the Jacuzzi was in a deplorable state. It contained rocks and sand, the water was cloudy with a film and a mysterious brown matter floating on the surface. also there was significant hard water buildup rings. Despite running the cleaning cycle, which only produced foam, the Jacuzzi remained unusable. When we contacted the property manager, the response was dismissive, stating only, "It's cleaned every Monday." This response did not address the photographic evidence we provided and failed to resolve the issue during our stay.
The listing claimed the property could accommodate six guests, there were insufficient towels for us five. Before our trip, I contacted customer service to inquire about linens and they assured me the property was "fully stocked." This was false. Compounding the issue, the main shower leaked profusely, necessitating the use of the towels on the floor. Consequently, we had to purchase additional towels and laundry detergent to maintain basic hygiene during our stay.
The lack of responsiveness and failure to address our issues during our stay, have left us deeply dissatisfied with our stay.

We (my sister & I with our 1 adult, 1 teen & 9 year old children) stayed for 2 nights for a trip we were taking to Universal. This location is fantastic for a trip to Universal but we did have some issues with the property. The listing states it will sleep 8 but our 5 barely fit with ample sleeping space. Based on the listing, we should have been fine however the futon is in the family room which has a wall of glass but no coverings, the “twin roll out” actually was a very small air mattress (not sure if could be classified as twin size) which left the queen air mattress which only fit in the guest house area after we rearranged furniture, and didn’t hold air. We weren’t left with enough linens (1 wash cloth and 4 towels for the 5 of us), only 1 extra blanket and the main bathroom didn’t have hot water. I give this a 3 because the location is GREAT! If some changes can be made, I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and we felt very safe!

We had a great time staying at your place. The one thing that I would change is the place was lacking as far as supplies. There are some things that could be done to make ones stay easier. More towels and blankets and to check the drawers for things that are needed when one is in their home. We would stay again if we ever do a studio tour.

Great location for universal studios.
Master bedroom door won’t shut.
Kitchen bathroom door won’t lock.
Trundle bed not clean and stained, smelled of urine. No reply from management company.
Washing machine doesn’t work. Owner sent someone out but still didn’t work during our stay along with and no update.
No bath mat in casita.
Only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth in master bath for a four day stay with 7 people.
Only one set of extra linens. Had to call for extra linens for blowup mattress.
Wall where there once was glass is now covered with plywood and plastic tarp outside.
Outside light and noise is high at night.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Good location and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a little trouble w the hot water, but the owner was super responsive and helped right away.

Overall we liked the property alot!
- Location was perfect. My husband and I were able to walk to Universal from the house in about the same amount of time it took the rest of the fam to drive and find parking. There's also alot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, including a couple vegan options!
- The kitchen is large, so if you don't plan on eating out for all your meals it will be comfortable even for larger groups.
- Main house was very clean. Considering all those windows and the glass dining table, very impressive!
I took off one star for the following reasons.
- The studio was not as clean as the main house. Specifically, there was a small pile of trash left behind the trash can in the kitchenette and dirt scattered across the extra pillows in the closet.
- The doors were difficult to open. The electronic locks were fine, but it seemed like the doors might have swelled due to the humidity. The main door was fine most of the time, but the studio door was really bad. I had to hip-check it open a couple times and my mother-in-law couldn't get it at all.
- Seemed like previous guests were a bit rough on the property. The studio bed slats didn't look broken, but wouldn't stay in place - so the bed was not very stable on one side. I was fine, but my husband couldn't be on that side. One of the towels had a decent sized rip in it. The main room tv remote had no batteries. Not big things, but should probably be addressed by the owner/management comp.

Overall pretty great stay, the place is showing age with the cracks on the walls and some of the uneven floors but it had its charm. The water in sinks took forever to warm up, but the shower didn’t take as long. A few things I would suggest, towels for hot tub use, vegetable peeler, we had to DoorDash one the night before Thanksgiving. Also, my son spilled a Dr Pepper on the floor and couldn’t find a mop to use so we had to use paper towels and wet paper towels to clean it up. There also was no broom around to sweep up the floor which we would have done. Another suggestion would be to have extra towels for bathing and showering. The house itself was pretty clean but the outside had a lot of leaves, cobwebs etc., we also weren’t sure if the trash had been taken out when we arrived since it was dark and late when we arrived. There were a lot of trash cans on the driveway. My husband threw away the trash but when we were leaving we realized that the trash he threw it in said for yard or something like that. We saw some trash cans in the front of the yard but they didn’t have a house number so we didn’t know if they all belonged to the house or if some did and some didn’t, so we left them out there. They all had a lot of cobwebs on them so I thought they had been there awhile. Overall, it was a great experience. I don’t want my suggestions to be taken as negative, just would make others stay a little better. It definitely had charm.

This was a fabulous house! Beautiful, spacious, clean! Super stove and refrigerators! Hot tub was very nice!! Loved all the windows!! It was a bit noisy though, from the traffic and the helicopters. I didn’t see that in any reviews. All in all, this was a great place!! Thank you for letting us stay!!

We canceled this reservation a month ago and never received our refund or at least half of the cost. Not fair when they had plenty of time to get someone else rent the house. Disable veterans or anyone shouldn't be treated like this.

This is a really nice property close to Universal studios Hollywood. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a separate section with a kitchenette. 2 full baths, one half bath. The place is well equipped kitchen, good tvs, hot tub etc. It is a 3-5 minute drive and a 20 minute walk to City Walk area. Add about 10 minutes more walking to the front gate of the theme park. The walk involves going up and down a fairly steep hill. Nice basket of goodies as well! There were some details that were missing: Not enough towels - really needs to be two per guest, plus more handtowels. While there is a keurig, only 1 K-cup was provided (property manager quickly resolved this with a call). For the beds there should be four pillows instead of two especially for a property of this level. Would stay here again!

This stunning home has it all; comfort, roominess for a large family of 8, a well-stocked kitchen, a private gate for security with 2 remotes, key-less entry, separate backyard laundry room for quietness, spacious hot tub with touch pad control, the convenience of a mud room 1/2 bath with dual access to kitchen and outdoor hot tub, a large seating area in main house for television viewing and conversation, cooling air conditioning, high-end furnishing with hotel quality toweling and bedding, and comfy mattresses for
weary bodies. With all the positives we experienced in this Multiview home, we couldn't be more pleased at it's amazing location; just a mere 4-5 mins. by car to the Universal Studio/City Walk parking facility. We had excellent, attentive communication with our hosts, Danny and Lilly, to report small existing conditions we noted upon arrival/departure. Every call was handled professionally and graciously. Because there is a 4:00 p.m. check in, we went to the AMC City Walk Movie Complex to "kill time". (The $30 parking fee is reduced to $5 when you turn in the
$30 parking tag at the movie box office. You will get $25 cash back!) Also, you may want to bring laundry detergent,
dryer sheets, etc. if you want to do laundry. However, there's plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, body lotion, and other handy amenities. You'll enjoy the complimentary wine, K-cups, and snacks provided! Thanks so much,! We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Just a short drive from all main attractions and close to the 101. The house was stocked with all of the essentials that we needed for the week, including soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The traffic noise was a little noticeable, mostly at night, but overall we had a great stay!

We often stay in vacation rentals all across the nation. This, by far, was my favorite. The comfort of being on vacation is understood by this rental. The place had a feel of luxury. It was well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the location was great. We just loved the jacuzzi! I had a situation with booking that was handled professionally. I tried to choose a rental that exemplified the character of the city we were viaiting and this art deco/modern place did just that. in all, I would send family and friend's to stay here if ever visoting the LA area and I will definitely stay here again. Mahalo nui loa for the hospitality and the comfortable place to vacation. 5 stars! Aloha!

The house is a little dated not in a charming way, with furniture that could use a bit of updating. But that can also be said in many finer details such as doorway, floors, and bathroom, with cracked tiles and chipped wood finishes. General upkeep of home and cleanliness is disappointing for the price. It is located up on a hill, however, the view overlooks the 101 and the valley, with loud sounds of the passing cars that can be heard from the house. That said, it is convenient to get on the freeway. Host was nice to leave us complimentary wine and snacks. Bathroom amenities could be a bit more than standard commercial products.
