About this apartment rental

We want to welcome you to our newly furnished and stylish guest suite. My husband and I live on the main floor of the house, and your private accommodations are located in the walkout lower level. Our guests enjoy the patio table, hammock and gas grill in the backyard (as well as cornhole and bocce ball. A 3 minute walk from the beach, and a three minute drive from Main Street gives guests plenty of options. We enjoy the privacy of this quiet neighborhood, and are happy to share it with you.

This property was just as reported. It was clean and tidy. The host responded quickly when notified of information but we didn't need anything while there. The host thoughtfully left extra towels, blankets and pillows in the cupboards. This was much appreciated as hand towels didn't dry quickly due to the humidity. There was a great coffee bar with coffee and tea provided which was much appreciated in the morning and evening. There was also a variety of spices and some olive oil in the cabinet which made cooking simple means in the evening more enjoyable. We ended up having a cloudy day and decided to play some yard games we brought instead of going to the beach. It was nice to have a yard available and we were glad we brought a few games with us. A list of recommended restaurants and things to do was left by the host. The bed was very comfortable with what looks like a fairly new mattress. It is ~7-10 minute walk to the beach on Electric Avenue. We hope to return again.

The property is spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable - my daughter slept half the day! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood but close to the highway. Easy to go to and from our event we were in town for. Very close to the Bourne bridge area but we could easily avoid that traffic. I would stay here again.

Very roomy ground floor apartment. Perect spot to relax for a week on the Cape. Lots of privacy and sun in the back yard. Very clean except for the shower tiles needed a good scrub. Wooden boards in front of patio doors need to be replaced as they are soft with rot. The BBQ is rusted into pieces and not fit for purpose. Owner said she would replace it but never showed up with a working BBQ. Easy things to fix and this place would have been perfect for us.

Owners were very friendly, there’s only one room with a queen bed and then two couches in the living room (rather than the queen sofa bed that’s listed). Short walk to the beach. It was great for a single night. Everything for the most part was pretty clean, other than some dirty dishes left in the cabinets. Would recommend if just looking for a place to crash for a night! Very homey

The check in process was as easy as can be, communication with the Owner was very easy and they wedge very polite. The place is very open with a lot of windows, some don't have curtains but it's a very private neighborhood. They provided everything you need for your stay including a sheet of places/restaurants to visit. Great place to stay

Our hosts were both gracious and accommodating. The pmapartment was clean, spacious and private. Had everything we needed. We used it as home base and took day trips in several directions. Great location. Highly recommended. Home away from home. ***** Kate and Denny

Just off of the Cape we stayed for a night before driving back to NY. Residential area close to the Main Street in minutes. Clean quiet and a nice place to stay.

We wanted to have a retiree weekend in the middle of the week with a mixture of business and relaxation. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood where we could take the dog for walks. Spacious rooms with control over the heat (which I like), and an adequate kitchen to make supper and breakfast. Enjoyed the Nesspresso machine. Great shower.

Finished basement that sleeps 4 was a great place to crash the night before King Richards Faire - I would recommend if you need a place to stay the night in the area
