This location is absolutely perfect. We were a very short walk to Queen Anne's shopping/restaurant area and an easy walk to the space needle, Chihuly museum and other key sites. The house was spacious (family of 5) and clean with a well stocked kitchen. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

House was nice and in good location, but the shower valve in the only shower does not function. I asked for this to be repaired and Evolve sent me a boilerplate email about how shower valves work. Thanks, but was of no help since the valve did not function correctly. The tub fills with water while you shower and then you have to hold the valve for some time to get the water to drain. Not a huge deal, just annoying and easily fixable. No financial remuneration after the stay after multiple follow ups, so I will avoid Evolve managed homes in the future.

This is a really gorgeous historic property in an AMAZING location. We enjoyed our stay here and were so thankful for how easy it was to get around!! Positives were gorgeous kitchen, gorgeous home decor, gorgeous outdoor area, sooo close to shopping and grocery and restaurants. Overall we really loved it and would stay again. The only negative really was the bathroom. It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be at this price point. The tub/shower drain was one were you had to hold it down for it to drain-which was not ideal at all and it had a mat for slipping in the bath tub but it had mold on it and I felt wasn’t clean so we didn’t use that. Overall it was a great stay I just think the bathroom should have been cleaner.

This house was very cute & fixed up nicely. We didn't use the kitchen to prepare any meals but it looked well-appointed with tools. The beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't recommend small kids to use the upper bunk in the one bedroom as the railing was virtually non-existent. We had older kids so it wasn't an issue. This house does sit on a large hill within the Queen Anne neighborhood, and I mean several blocks of steep inclines so if you're not ready for the hike, take an Uber.

This wonderful place was a perfect Seattle home to gather with family - everything was perfect- space felt so warm and calming! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and walking to nearby businesses such a pleasure! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. I honestly didn’t want to leave 😊 will absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to be near the city and yet tucked away in a charming meighborhood!!

We loved our stay at the Queen Anne home. Super cozy place. The house was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and exactly what we needed for our weekend in Seattle! Quick walk to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing property in a really great neighborhood. Easy place to get transportation to and from. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Would stay again. Only quirk this visit was I was told by the housekeeper that I would need to pay her $50 if I wanted to keep my bags inside anytime before the 4 PM check-in, which I had no choice, as I was heading to the theater around 3 PM. Ended up paying her $50 off the books via Venmo. Also, the RO faucet was putting out very cloudy water. Used the regular kitchen tap instead.

The home is walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Five minute drive downtown. Host provided bottled water and candy bars. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor patio. Great home for a Seattle stay!
