About this villa rental

Family-friendly Luxury Stone Villa Flying Stars, an exclusive holiday complex built from stone in traditional Dalmatian style. The interior and exterior of the spacious luxury villa are designed as a new home for several families with children, which can comfortably accommodate 14 people.
The (mobile high covers) swimming pool is also heated, so you can enjoy swimming all the time regardless of the weather. On several thousand square meters of private property that is fenced, without other visitors and the usual crowds, guests have at their disposal facilities for the rest of their soul and body. Cooler nights than on the sea coast, undiscovered sounds of nature, clean rural air, privacy, and peace, guarantee a pleasant sleep and the awakening of positive sensations.
The perfect location of the villa is hidden in the mountain landscape, not far from the old Dalmatian towns by the sea: Split, Trogir, Šibenik... half an hour by car and you are already there.
Villa Flying Stars is designed in such a way that on the first floor there are all six bedrooms for a maximum of 14 people. Each guest has a bathroom, air conditioning, Sat/Smart TV, desk and chair in their room.
A large staircase leads down to the ground floor, where guests spend most of their time while staying in the house. The fully equipped kitchen according to the highest professional standards is suitable for preparing all kinds of food and drinks. Two large dining rooms: inside the house and on the terrace of the house.
A fun corner for playing billiards, table tennis or darts. Men's and women's toilets on the ground floor.
Ground floor: professionally decorated and equipped kitchen, men's and women's toilet, dining room, living room, playroom, large covered terrace of 100 m2.
After sunbathing and swimming, it's the right time to prepare a delicious barbecue or to relax in the shade of the large covered terrace. Two large lanes on an unforgettable bowling alley will replace indoor bowling. Visiting the family museum and visiting the old hearth is an experience that takes guests back to several hundred years of history and the difficult way of life of our ancestors from the family tree.
Video surveillance outside the facility is an added security for guests.
Several thousand square meters of outdoor space is surrounded by a forged fence and guarantees privacy to all guests. For the safety of guests, the parking lot for more than 6 cars is fenced.
Security deposit - 500 Euros, if you do damage to the accommodation, the compensation for damage can be up to 500 Euros. The deposit is refunded if no damage has occurred, at check-out.
Pet Fee - 7 EUR/day.

Our party of 11 all the had the most wonderful time at this superb property. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The house is well equipped with a perfect swimming pool, large bbq grill (that was really well used) and darts/ pool, there is something for everyone. The property is stunning and a convenient location from Split, Trogir and a host of other amazing places to visit! What enhanced the property the most though was the host, Mario and his lovely family. Mario is always on hand to help, offering suggestions and advice on places to visit that make your time with them more enjoyable. We had the most amazing time in Croatia! Mario and his family are truly the ‘best’ hosts , friends and we look forward to visiting them again in the future 😊😊. Huge thanks and hope to see you again. Robin and family.

Our host, Mario, was a very gracious host. During check-in, he explained everything clearly and even gave us two plates of delicious homemade cold cuts as welcome gift. It was easy to communicate with him and he gave us plenty of helpful tips and information. The house was just as great as described on the website. We all had a wonderful time there with plenty of activities to enjoy, such as table tennis, pool, swimming pool, and football. We were also fortunate to have beautiful weather during our holiday. It was an unforgettable vacation with our friends in this marvelous villa, thanks to the exceptional care of our super host, Mario. We hope to return in the future.

Mario and his family were excellent hosts and really looked after us. The house was very spacious and well equipped, perfect for our large family group. The pool was fantastic with plenty of shade also which was needed in the hot sun. We would highly recommend staying at Flying Stars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a large group of people with the kitchen providing enough utensils to easily cook for 10+ people. The pool area is also great with enough space
