The unit is nice, but it is right beside a noisy street with constant traffic. Plus not being able to park at the unit sucked because we would sometimes have to park 1/4 mile away and walk.

The door entry had too much pressure on the deadbolt therefore it wouldn't open unless you pushed in on it. That's the only fault that I sent

I’ve stayed in a number of VRBO’s in this price range, and this one was disappointing. The building is old, which could be charming if the paint were fresh and the amenities luxurious. But the paint is tired, especially in the bathroom and stairs, and the bedding and furnishings are only adequate, not luxurious. The rugs are somewhat shabby and weren’t vacuumed well. The stairway upstairs is narrow and has no door into the apartment at the top. Young children would not do well here because of the fall hazard. The bathroom has an awkward entrance from this stairwell, not from a bedroom or living area. The shower IS nice, but doesn't make up for the rest of it. I’m fine with meager, but not at this price point.

Such a nice apartment! Hubby and I had a little weekend get away and it was perfect! Great location, was able to see the fireworks from boom on the bridge from the bedroom windows. Host is very responsive and quick to solve any issues! Very quite area with a lot of shops/restaurants to visit. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable to us but over all our stay was very pleasant! Extremely impressed with how clean it was and the freshness of the towels and linens! Absolutely wonderful host!

My friend and I thought it was cute and cozy. We made a little 4 day weekend to see Fall out Boy, and we had a blast! We loved that Katelyn gave us recommendations on where to eat. Definitely check out Nomad for boozy milkshakes, and Darkness brewing for food and drinks!

Really liked the apartment. Had everything we needed. Very cute. Love the pictures on the walls. Great bathroom in a really super shower. Owner very prompted at getting back to me. Also, really cute neighborhood, cute shops and I would definitely recommend the Bellevue Bistro for breakfast, probably lunch too. 5 min walk.

We usually get a hotel when coming up to KY. This was our first time using VRBO and we will use VRBO again. The host made everything so easy and gave area recommendations that were great! This VRBO was perfect for our stay. The shower was AWESOME! We will definitely try and use again for future trips to the area, if available when we visit.

The property was immaculate and the hosts took great care in maintaining the tidiness of the space. The host was prompt in their response and helped with a smooth check-in. The amenities were well maintained from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a cozy living room. The thoughtfulness of the hosts truly made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Nice little apartment for two. Very comfortable bed and living room sofa with footrests. We walked to breakfast and lunch cafes right around the corner. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely book this again if in the area.

Apartment is located right off the Main Street in Bellevue. Many restaurants & cute shops within walking distance. Parking is on street but easy to find within a close proximity. Will definitely stay here again. One flight of stairs up. Great for 2 people.

My husband and I made a weekend trip to the Cincinnati area and stayed at this property in Bellevue Kentucky. It was perfect for the two of us and is conveniently located in relation to downtown Cincinnati and the airport. The property was clean and just as described. We’re has everything we needed and there is a wonderful local coffee shop just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

The only real negative was arriving at the property and the code to the lock did not work.. However, the owner, Sean, stopped by and quickly resolved the problem. We chose the property because it was in our old neighborhood. We loved feeling like we lived there again. The property is in walking distance to fun small shops, restaurants, and a brewery. The first morning Katelyn checked in on us to make sure our first night was comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and the property is cozy. I’d stay there again. I’d also recommend the property. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment was very nice. Even with the bad weather over Christmas, this was the best place to stay. We were very close to my daughter’s home in Bellevue and even closer to the downtown area! The owners were very helpful in regards to the awful weather and brought us an extra heater as the first 2 days were rather chilly! My thanks to owner Katelyn for her attention to our stay and her kindness! In the end, all went well.
