Gute Lage, gute Wohnung, unfreundliche Betreiber

Sehr gute Lage zum Erkunden der Region. Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Gartennutzung möglich.

Unfreundlichkeit und Unhöflichkeit der Betreiber. Insbesondere die wohl Tochter des Hauses fällt darin extrem auf. Das Haus hat mehrere Ferienwohnungen, am Sonntag waren wir dort zunächst allein. Obwohl wir den Spa-Bereich mitbezahlt hatten, war, und das nur an diesem Tag, der Whirlpool abgestellt worden. Als wir uns heute, schon aus Höflichkeit, verabschieden wollten, wurden wir damit konfrontiert, für die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen etwas bezahlen zu sollen. Dabei war die Waschmaschinennutzung im Buchungspreis enthalten. Verständlich wäre es gewesen, wenn darin die Waschmittel nicht einbezogen sein sollten, eben darauf hinzuweisen oder deren Bezahlung vorab organisatorisch zu regeln. Auf meine Frage, was sie denn haben wollten, nannte man mir 10 €. Jede Hausfrau kann nachrechnen, dass die Waschmittel dafür keine 50 Cent kosten. Wir sind im Urlaub und wollten uns nicht streiten, also haben wir die 10 € hingegeben. Die extrem unfreundliche und unhöfliche Art, uns das rüberzubringen, wie auch die Körpersprache, waren eine Zumutung. Danach hatten sie nicht einmal den Anstand einer Verabschiedung. Gut, Werbung kann man so oder so betreiben. Diese jedenfalls war sehr erfolgreich darin, dass wir dieses Haus nie wieder aufsuchen werden. Wir waren die Einzigen, die dort mehrere Tage verweilten, ansonsten war es recht leer. Man scheint es dort nicht nötig zu haben.Wenn sie dort keine deutschen Touristen wünschen, sollten Sie das vor den Buchungen auch deutlich angeben. Anmerkung nebenbei: Im ausliegenden Prospekt wird darauf hingewiesen, dass im Winter lt. Regierungsanweisung nur bis 19 Grad geheizt wird; wem das zu kalt sei, der soll warme Decken benutzen. Das sollte berücksichtigt werden, wenn jemand in der kälteren Jahreszeit buchen will.

Nice and cosy place

We liked this place, it is in the heart of Alsace! The owner prepares really fantastic Alsace cake - Tarte flambee. The appartements are in the house with spacious garden with fantastic atmosphere. We also had a breakfast, which was really very delicious. We also reccomend a bike tours around and fantastic wine degustation at Sipp Mack in the next village.

Unfortunatelly the spa was out of order due to water insufficiency in the county.

Quiet, airconditioned apartments. Better inside, than out!

The location was great - it was a short walk into Bergheim, which is a very quiet but beautiful village. There was a parking bay allocated to each apartment. The superior apartment was a great size for a family of 4. The ac was really appreciated during the very warm weather.

When we arrived we were disappointed with the overall appearance of the property and there was noone to meet us. We called several times and nobody answered. Eventually we were met and then told that there was no apartment for us. With proof of booking, they eventually found our names. Nevertheless, it wasn't a good start. The host herself wasn't friendly to us, but her father was lovely - it was a shame we only met him as we were leaving. The spa was clearly marked as adults only/children over 12 - which isn't written on booking.com. This was disappointing for our children, who wanted to relax at the end of the day. The spa space is directly below all of the apartments and the smell of bleach/chemicals is very strong throughout.

the experience was soured by not having received sheets, blanket cover, or pillow cover for the third guest. everything

it was a great value and the location was perfect.

the 3rd bed was never prepared. I did not have a robe/towels/ sheet covers when I arrived and had to request them. the robe was resolved, but I never received sheet covers even though I was told they’d be dropped off

Very friendly Amandine, her dad and the personnel! Located 200 m from the beautiful village of Bergheim. Excellent bakery and restaurants within walking distance (VITIS BAR is great!). Very clean appartment with everything one can need. Great new rooms and great fitness, sauna, hammam and jacuzi. Elevator for disabled ... Bergheim is very well situated in the Alsace along the Route des Vignobles. Great biking facilities and we could bike to Colmar and many other beautiful villages through the vineyards. Amandine took care of an extra electric bike to rent! Thanks!

....wifi is not great but who really cares when on holiday ;-)
