This condo is spacious and cozy, easily accommodating up to 4 people. It is perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a safe, relaxing getaway. Our property is equipped with all the comforts of home, including high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, a cozy fireplace, air conditioning, and secure underground parking. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space or grill up a delicious meal with friends and family.
After spending your day lounging by the water or exploring the nearby attractions, sleep comfortably in our NEW spacious KING bed in the bedroom. A NEW Queen pull-out sofa bed and a relax a lounger that converts to a bed is available in the living room that is perfect for kids. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit or enjoy a barbequed meal in the outdoor dining area in the common patio area. You can also relax on your own private patio as well. The condo is fully furnished for your enjoyment.
This location is one of the best in Coeur d'alene. A bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 1.7 miles away from it all! Every kind of shop, bar, or restaurant you want is within walking distance! The condo is surrounded by trails and is a short walk to the park and the Spokane River. It has beautiful views and all the amenities!
The area surrounding the condo is hard to beat - shopping just below, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, frozen yogurt, cooking classes, hot yoga studio, and a movie theater. Riverstone Park is 10 acres and includes walking/biking paths, a pond, a playground, weekend music in the park, and views along the Spokane River. The weekly farmers market is also held on Wednesdays during the summer months starting in mid-May. The Centennial Trail will take you to the beach at Lake Coeur d'Alene and Downtown Coeur d'Alene!
There are multiple golf courses in the area, including the world-famous Coeur d'alene Resort Golf Course with the floating green less than 5 miles away! If you enjoy rollercoasters and waterparks, take a 30 minute drive to Silverwood Themepark. If you're into skiing or snowboarding, Schweitzer Mountain or Silver Mountain Resort is less than an hour away. There are endless activities and attractions in Coeur d'alene, ID!

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a fabulous time! The condo has all the comforts of home including the most comfy pillows we have ever tried! The location was perfect with lots of cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The host, Christy, was very responsive to our requests including giving us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this condo- very clean, AC, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Riverstone and to my family. Christy was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive, and kept us in the know about events happening around town during our stay. She also clearly communicated instructions/directions. This beautiful condo was the perfect place for a much needed getaway with my husband. It is a short drive to the beach and downtown area but at the end of the day we appreciated the peace and quiet of the condo. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants surrounding the condo. We wanted a few days away from the summer heat and had heard about Couer d’Alene. Our goal was to get in long walks and spend time outside. Although it was very warm for here it was still better than 110. This is a great location near the Centennial Trail and outdoor restaurants.
My only negative about the whole experience was the bed. Much too saggy.

Checked in at 3:50 PM walked in the door and it had not been cleaned. Towels all over the floor in the bathroom. Bed still slept in. Crumbs all over the counter and floor in the kitchen. Pee all over the floor in the bathroom and toilet. Disgusting. Never would recommend this to anyone.

The condo is quite nice and fully equipped with everything needed. The check-in process was bumpy. The ambiguous instructions led us to the wrong building/unit and took us 1.5 hours to resolve causing us to miss dinner prior to a theater production. It was smooth sailing after that. We liked having shops on the street level and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Olive & Vine.

This property was absolutely amazing! We loved that underground parking was an option since we were driving a rental and were nervous about leaving it out in the open. The elevators were only a short walk to the room which was nice as well. The condo was loaded with everything we could’ve needed & then some. It was decorated so cute & made us feel right at home. My husband’s favorite part was enjoying his morning coffee on the balcony. Christy was so easy to get ahold of & communicate with. We originally only booked for two nights & after talking it over with my husband we were interested in staying another night. Christy made it so easy for us to add the extra night. I would 110% stay at this location again!

Easy check in, clean and well stocked unit, comfy bed, within walking distance of numerous upscale shops, restaurants and wine/coffee bars as well as walking trails and easy connection to the riverwalk. The condo was spotless, and perfect for the two of us. The owner was exceptionally responsive when we couldn’t figure out the television. Several texts on a Sunday, yet never made us feel like we were annoying her. full size shower gel-oil of olay and suave for men along with Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Also a small drawer with many necessities if you forgot something. Huge towels along with makeup washcloths. The bed was extremely comfortable. Balcony perfect early in the morning. We utilized the indoor parking spot and the elevator with ease. Great place to stay!!

As other visitors have said, this condo was beautifully appointed and had everything you might need to have an enjoyable stay. We had a minor issue understanding the door lock, but Christy called us promptly and resolved the issue. After checking in and having a great time, we wanted to stay one extra night and Christy was able to do that with no effort on our part. Highly recommended!
