Its in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks and a quick drive to Mesa Mall among lots of other shopping. Convenient to nearby restaurants, and two movie theaters as well. Two car garage secured, and available to you. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and WiFi through out the house. Games, puzzle, cards available. New clean Gas BBQ grill ready for you to enjoy.

The house was clean and as described in the listing. We mostly enjoyed the large family room and the ability to park in the garage. The host responded quickly and helped us get something that we needed which was much appreciated. He also left us some delicious local honey! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was close to historic downtown and to the National Monument. We had a fun and relaxing vacation in Grand Junction and will stay here again in the future!

Stayed for 10 days. Great location to other family, mall and short distance to town & games. Very clean and bright, great A/C and wi-fi. Delicious honey. I would stay there again.

We found the home VERY inviting. It had everything our family needed! The backyard is super cute so, a couple of chairs to enjoy it would have been nice but, we made do just fine!! We really enjoyed the home and felt comfortable and relaxed our entire stay!!

Comfortable home in Grand Junction. Property manager was helpful with a plumbing issue that came up (unabe to use master bathroom toilet for the first 24 hours). Maintenance person that eventually got to the house was excellent. No hairdryers, shampoo or soap in bathrooms, so plan to bring your own. Kitchen well stocked, TV in each bedroom, excellent bed linens, comfortable spacious living room.

This home was a home away from home. We have learned traveling is best when you feel at home where you are staying. This home had all the amenities you could ever think of, very clean and was in a nice neighborhood. The host was very friendly and amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was the cleanest and nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in. Owners were easy to get ahold and house was a great location to everything. The only thing i would change is night stands in master and curtains in bedrooms. Beside the two things place was amazing. Will use this place every year when we come out

This home was absolutely perfect! The location is very centralized to all the shopping & eating places you need! Chad & Heidi we’re the absolute best hosts we could ask for! The home was beautiful throughout and provided everything you need (with a lot of extras as well) for a home away from home vibe. The community around was very quiet and the people were friendly. Stayed for Thanksgiving. The house was very nice, clean, and we'll furnished. Location is a bit far from downtown, if you are looking to get out and about. But, if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to enjoy other parts of grand junction, it was great.
