Southern Paradise, the first thing that strikes you is the modernity of the developments and tranquility of the area. Palm mar has its own incredible microclimate, more daily sunshine than anywhere in Tenerife.
.House just 5 min walk from the beach, have 3 big terrace and big balcony :great sea view from the terrace in up floor and possibility watch sunset , where is a pleasant open area for up dinner, open kitchen, and open shower. Very especial bedroom, Arabian style, on the up floor with great sea views. furniture completely new.
this bedroom is connected to the toilet and washbasin, passing through the balcony, you find yourself in a washroom.
.The ground floor has a very big terrace with relaxing chilling area, great dining area for 6 people,if you decide to eat inside,.For those of you who enjoy the comfort of eating at home you can find all crockery, knives, forks, and placemats to enjoy the luxury dining as shown in the photographs. It makes for a wonderful surrounding to dine within your very own apartment.
... Salon connected with kitchen, it etc full and new, The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, overhead extractor, upright fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. There are 6 sets of crockery and cutlery. Included are pots, pans, and all the other usual utensils.

From the ground floor terrace you will come to a separate bedroom, completely new furnished, connected with big washbasin, private bathroom , had a double bed . All bedrooms are spacious, Bedside lockers with drawer space, table lamps,
Each entrance for each room is separated, which gives you a lot of privacy! Passing through terrace in the ground floor, you will found yourself in bedroom N1. Salon separate from bedroom N1 by terrace.
Passing up steps from the ground floor, you will found yourself in a big terrace, and then-in bedroom N2, Arabian style.

In Palm Mar coast walk is very pleasant, with its benches, children's playground and Gaudí - style tiling, the whole area is ideal for children and sports :jogging, walking, Cicling, mountain biking. There is currently five golf courses in the immediate area - Golf de Sur, Los Palos, Amarilla Golf, Las Americas and Costa Adeje.
There is also an active diving clubs, offering diving and kayaking, most exceptional scuba diving sites on the island for the clarity of the waters and wealth of marine fauna and flora.
Hair dresses, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, rental cars... - all in some 2-3 min walk.
In area yiu will found many offers to excursions :famous vulcanology Taide, old mountain village Masca, boat trips to LA Gomera, to see whales and dolphins.. Boats going from Los Cristianos, which is 5km from Palm Mar. Very near as well Waterpark and Siam Park with slides for kids and extreme..
Car is recommended, you can park your car just outside of house.

Summary of reviews

Great holiday at the cottage. Facilities are sufficient for our group of 3 adults and 2 (almost) adult children. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Chose a peaceful place in Palm Mar over a busy city. Looking forward to exploring more islands in the Canaries.

This was our first time to the island and we very much enjoyed it. The location of this house is perfect as it is away from all the noise but with a car you can get anywhere with life very quickly. The house was easy to find from the directions and was very interesting in the layout. There was only 2 of us, so we were out a lot looking at all the sights and eating out. Certainly recommended and would come back. One thing is parking. You can park virtually outside house but it is an unmade road. Most of the time we parked in the street and walked 30m. enjoy whoever visits.

Een uitstekende vakantie gehad in het huisje. Het is even zoeken maar eenmaal aangekomen voldeed het huis prima aan alle verwachtingen. Faciliteiten zijn voldoende voor ons gezelschap van 3 volwassenen en 2 (bijna) volwassen kinderen. Dakterras is geweldig. We hadden ook kunnen kiezen voor een appartementje met balkon in de grote stad. Gelukkig gekozen voor Palm Mar wat een erg rustige plaats is. De drukte, die er behoorlijk aanwezig is in Tenerife, kan elddrs worden opgezocht.

La vacanza a Tenerife è stata molto bella e l'isola che noi non avevamo mai visitato è stata una bellissima scoperta. Infatti Tenerife ti offre molte opportunità.... la costa orientale è molto selvaggia ma veramente bella anche se più ventosa rispetto al resto dell'isola. L'importante è spostarsi secondo le previsioni meteo della giornata e così è possibile trovare quasi sempre un bel clima. La zona sud occidentale cioè Las America ha il suo fascino ...sembra di essere (esagerando un pò) a Las Vegas...ma poi salendo verso nord la costa è bellissima.... si incontrano molte calette con sabbia nerissima e con varie piscine naturali che sono davvero affascinanti e dove è possibile fare il bagno tranquillamente...Molto bella è Las Teresitas, a nord di Santa Cruz, sicuramente da visitare. Il clima che abbiamo trovato era ottimo ... circa 24/25 gradi durante il giorno ..... Sicuramente tutto questo ci spingerà a visitare in seguito altre isole appartenenti alla Canarie...

Very nice place to stay/ erg leuke vakantie woning

Deze woning is zeer aangenaam, voor 6 personen wat te klein er is een 2 persoonskamer met badkamer aan het terras op de begane grond en een slaapkamertent voor 2 personen op het dak. Verder kan je van de zit hoek nog een tweepersoons bed maken. Er is een uitstekende keuken en nog een badkamer op de begane grond, een serre met tafel ,terras met lounge hoek en op het dak waar veel zon is zijn ligbedden en een grote tafel, ruimte genoeg. De woning was schoon en zag er goed verzorgt uit. 2 min puntjes, wij kwamen in het donker aan en konden de woning moeilijk vinden, en verder zou er wat meer licht in de woonkamer mogen zijn. De woning ligt in een leuke buurt tussen de lokale bevolking , restaurants, winkeltjes en strand zijn op loopafstand. Het dorpje is klein en rustig. Voor wat meer leven moet je naar Los Christianos , dit is 10 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, 3 personen , en raden de woning zeker aan.

Wir 2 1 waren schon in vielen Unterkünften (von günstig bis Luxus) u.a. in Tenerriffa...PROs- Terrasse mit Blick ist nett und auch ein Bett wie beschrieben in dem Zelt für den Nachmittagsschlaf- Lage der Unterkunft: ruhig und in der Nähe vom Meer. Spots sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar- Ausstattung Küche ist ok.- Übergabe durch Schlüsselsafe einfach und unproblematischCONs - Ausstattung ist eher kitschig, Alles dunkel gehalten. Schlechte Beleuchtung: Leider ist auch mit allen Lichtern eingeschlaten kaum Helligkeit zu erzeugen, was auf Dauer echt nervt (ausser in Schlafzimmer, da ist es dann zu hell) - Wackelnde Toilettenschüssel inkl. Wassernachlauf, Dusche unterirdisch im Pflegezustand und Sauberkeit, alles recht staubig, da scheinbar nur oberflächlich gerreinigt wird. Nie unter das Bett schauen oder unter das Sofa... (Normalerweise sind wir da wirklich nicht so empfindlich...)- Gleich am ersten Tag Kakerlaken die durchs Schlafzimmer und Bettwand liefen. Ein Spray brachte Abhilfe (und der Schrei meiner Frau einen Schock für mich ;-)... )- Kühlschrank schließt nicht mehr richtig/nur schwer und nervt dann mit Piepsen- TV ohne Sender, also nur via Internet bzw. angeschlossenem Laptop- Nachberechnung von Strom etc. über Kaution- Die einzelnen Räumlichkeiten sind nur von Aussen zugänglich, d.h. für Kaffee etc. muss man raus- Unsere Meinung nach nicht wirklich für 6 Personen geeigent max 4. Ein Bett auf Terrasse (für dei Harten), ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, und ansonsten soll wohl noch für 2 die Couch in der Wohnküche mit Badanschluss und Durchgangsverkehr dienen.Fazit:Leider überwiegte in Anbetracht des Preises das Negative. Daher unsererseits keine Empfehlung. Für eine anspruchlose Woche durchaus mal ok. Der versprochene Luxus blieb für uns aus, abgesehen vielleicht von den Weinglässer...
