Excellent. Very helpful host. The property gave us everything we needed.

Our host kindly provided fresh milk so we could have tea or coffee. Very good comfortable place, very quiet, easy car parking space, good walks nearby, very close to town centre.

Wi-fi connection was a bit wobbly.

Wonderful!

It was rosy and clean, very comfortable and well located just a few minutes walking from the centre. It was very quiet and peaceful, great having walks in the forest that is just outside the studio 😊

the host was nice. It was far from the train station but he was willing to pick up and drop me off.

For a 2 night stay it was fine.

It was very compact and all you needed for a short stay and within easy walking distance of town centre.

We couldn’t work the shower unfortunately. It was extremely cold while we were there so the front door opening into the bedroom area was a disadvantage.

We had an excellent 4 night break and were able to visit 3 local places of interest pleasurably.

Situated in a very quiet location the property is small, but everything is there and it is very comfortable. Conveniently located for town centre shopping and a variety of eating and drinking options. Car parking available at the door to the property.

It was warm light and welcoming. Loads of privacy. Great parking. Close to the town centre, just a short walk.

Lovely self-contained accommodation

The very comfy bed, having a little kitchen so I could just do my own thing for food, the key press so I didn't have to take the key anywhere. Great location - nice and quiet but still within easy walking distance of town.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Reasonable- the noise above v disturbing

There was a mighty noise from possibly a drainage/water supply problem as soon as taps/flush were used!!! Should be corrected ASAP

A great short-stay location, quiet and comfortable

Great location for walking to the town for restaurants and visitor attractions

Kitchen provided with fridge (no freezer), microwave and hotplate (no oven) so eating out was the best option.

Comfortable peaceful place to stay, with everything I needed flor self catering.

Nice central location in Sevenoaks, with onsite parking. Studio is attached to the main house. It was a comfortable place to stay. Nice studio style bedroom, with a sofa and a small dining table, and a good TV. Small kitchenette which was well equipped including tea, coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge. For cooking, a microwave and a hot plate. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Small Shower/toilet room, with good supplies of shampoo etc. Very quiet location.

Shower room is a little on the small side. At times the room felt a little cold, and I had to use the electric heater to top up the central heating. The main house goes above the studio and at times the noise of people walking about was a little intrusive.
