About this house rental
A unique house of character in one of the oldest villages of Malta. Ta' Rozamari is complimented with a pool, and a large roof terrace with hot water jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor sitting area, BBQ and dining area. This holiday home is ideal if you are planning to spend days relaxing in the sun by the pool or else exploring the island during the day to return back home and enjoy the house and all of its features. This property has an entrance hall with vaulted ceiling, 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. There is also a third shower room. All rooms lead to the yard and pool area. The old stone staircase in yard leads to the roof terrace.

Lovely twist on an old building ,well thought through, able space for four adults, comfortable beds, good size kitchen, lovely fresh maltese bread handed to us on arrival, top hosts in my books, everything provided thoughtfully in case you got there late you could still make a sandwich and have water etc ,greatly appreciated. Pool lush and hot tub so everyone is happy. Thank you.

An amazing property which you would have no idea of from the outside. Split level terrace, pool unfortunately in the shade at this time of year, but the hot tub and upper terrace enjoyed sun all day. Owner kindly met us at the airport, despite flight delay and delay with car hire, and the property is only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable mattresses so a good nights sleep is ensured. Well equipped kitchen as we ate in most nights. Didn't use TV much but would recommend a Maltese Film, The Limestone Cowboy. Totally bonkers but based on a true story. Would recommend a car as everywhere on the island is easily reachable in 45 minutes, and there is plenty to explore. This property was exactly as shown, private & situated in a peaceful area.
We were welcomed personally by Mary Rose & Adrian who showed us the property & all its amenities.
The accommodation was clean, spacious & private & had everything you would need for a relaxing break.
Whilst parking is ad-hoc we never had a problem finding a spot on surrounding streets.
Mary Rose & Adrian were always on hand & quick to respond to any communication.
The location is ideal to explore the island & we personally enjoyed Valletta & Gozo.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property & hope to visit again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our 10 days here. It's a very well-equipped house in a beautiful courtyard setting. The owners were lovely and friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. The area was slightly more built-up than we thought it would be. Easy to get around and out for the day or evening and we didn't miss not hiring a car at all - it just wasn't necessary. In fact, we would have worried if we had hired a car because parking was tricky. We tried the buses but it was much easier/quicker to use "Bolt" taxis (highly recommend them). All in all, it was a lovely stay in a very well-thought out property.

Property was excellent and very nicely presented. It was great to have a lovely pool and hot tub which were a must to cool down after days out in the hot sunshine. Would recommend getting a rental car to make the most of exploring and parking was fine once you got used to the best places around and about. Our hosts Mary Rose and Adrian were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/issues before and during our holiday. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Malta.... Fantastic stay!
The property was clean, as described and had everything that was required. The hosts were quick to sort any issues that we did have and helped us arrange airport transfers.
The place itself is in a quiet village but does have a supermarket / bus access to more popular areas in Malta. If you're interested in sightseeing and exploring Malta, you may want to choose somewhere closer to Valletta. If you're interested in relaxing in the sun in a private villa, this place is perfect!

Great stay in zejtun
Ta Rosemary was the perfect place for visiting with our English friends, who we rarely get to see. It was fairly isolated. In the village of Zejtun, but had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals, rather than eating out. The property easily fits 2 couples. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Valletta, this js a great place.

Maltese Holiday - Forget covid for a while....
Comfortable, clean with lovely pool and hot tub. Kitchen facilities excellent.Wi-fi and tv signal bit hit and miss but understandable with enclosed property, thick walls etc. Cosy bedrooms with full air con (vital when weather got really hot) A chance to get away, and chill in quiet surroundings and forget the world for a while....

Great host who cannot so enough for you. Lovely house, very clean.
The host of this house is fantastic & cannot do enough for you during your stay. Communication is top notch! We loved the look of the house but it is more modern/rugged & in an area of Malta with nothing much to do unless you drive for 20 minutes. You do have to get out as there is no view & it can feel quite enclosed. The problem with this is that parking is very limited & you usually end up a 5 minute walk from the house, which wasn’t ideal with babies, luggage & prams.

Unique Property
This property lived up to all expectations. It was immaculately presented and was exactly as shown in the photographs. There was everything you needed; plenty of towels, including those for the pool, loads of crockery and cutlery, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, a welcome pack in the fridge and toilet rolls for the whole stay.
We were warmly welcomed by Mary Rose and Adrian and given a tour of the property with explanations for the appliances.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area of Zejtun, with good bus links to Valletta and surrounding fishing villages, which have numerous good quality restaurants There are numerous small shops for groceries plus a very good Supermarket, all within walking distance.
We hired a car, but with hindsight this was unnecessary due to the good public transport We could have even got a bus from the airport.
We recommend this property to other holiday makers without reservation. What a unique, great place to spend your holiday!

Beautiful house, great out of the way location
A beautiful house, very well decorated and clean, lovely private terrace and pool which our kids loved. Based in the quiet fairly non-touristy town of Zejtun, bakery and supermarket within 5min walk down winding little streets full of character. A very peaceful and relaxed place to stay. 5 mins by car from the port of Marsaxlokk, about 20-30min to Valletta and Mdina (traffic dependent). Ideal location if you want to be a bit away from the crowds, but easy access to everything as Malta is tiny. Highly recommended for couples or young families

From the moment we booked the property until we checked out the communication with the owners was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging airport transfers to hiring a car for us, both of which went without a hitch.
The villa itself is beautiful, really clean and really well equipped. There is a large supermarket within walking distance or a Lidl’s a short drive away.
This was our first visit to Malta and what a beautiful island it is, with so much to see.
I’d definitely recommend the villa.

We enjoyed our one week vacation in this house. The two sleepingrooms with separate bath rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equiped and the whole house very lovely decorated. Mary Rose picked us from the Airport what was really helpfull.

The villa lived up to our high expectations and we had a great visit
We really enjoyed our visit to Ta Rozamari and Malta. The villa didn’t disappoint in real life and was lovely place to spend a week in the sun. Mary Rose and Adrian could not have been more helpful and welcoming and I was impressed how promptly they answered any questions we had before and during our visit. Zejtun is a real local town and not a tourist area which found interesting and relaxing and whilst there were not many immediately local restaurants it was only a short drive, bus or taxi to Marsaxlokk hourbour which has lots of great places to eat. Would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely villa. With solid limestone walls.
A really well built, cute, modernised villa with a walled courtyard and little pool.
Helpful caring owners and good equipment make this the perfect vacation villa. 10 minutes to a fantastic fishing port and 20 minutes to Valletta.
History is all nearby with Neolithic temples and Mdina close too

Beautiful property very spacious and loved the village
Has a great time in the small village. Great new fresh deli with lovely bread 2 minutes walk from the Apartment. Bus stop just round the corner again only 2 minutes walk with regular air conditioned buses to venture all over the Island. 2 Euros per journey or round trip if completed within 2 hours. Very relaxing and the hosts were always available but nicely discrete.

Absolutely beautiful
The stay was wonderful and the hosts were so helpful. We would definitely come back. The hot tub was a real treat in the early spring. The pool was so beautiful and inviting even though it was too early to enjoy.

Worth it!
As a family with a toddler and baby, this was a lovely home to stay in. Rooms are beautifully decorated and kitchen is well-equipped. Outside amenities were useful and the Jacuzzi was a nice alternative in the rainy Feb weather. Highly recommend.

Nice house in a quiet Zejtun neighborhood
This property provides a quiet and relaxing haven for Malta tourism. The pool and hot tub are great features for the warm Maltese climate. We bought the 7-day bus (coach) pass to travel around Malta. It worked very well for us as a major bus stop is just a couple of blocks from the property. The owners are friendly and very helpful to people who are new to Malta. There are supermarkets and take-out restaurants within easy walking distance. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A great home away from home in a quiet street but near to everything!
Man oh man, this house is awesome. It's located in a quiet street and private. Ta Rozamari was exactly as described. The house was nicely renovated, very clean, well maintained, comfortable and roomy for the three of us.
Communication with the owners was excellent and Adrian and Mary Rose are super super helpful! Mary Rose even drove us to shop to the local supermarket and picked us up there after one hour when our rental car was coming a bit later on the first day. The driver which Mary Rose and Adrian recommended to pick us up from the airport (with our big suitcases, which did not fit in a small rental car) was really nice.
The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge contained a nice welcome package.
We were really thankful that there was air conditioning in the house: with a heat wave this made us able to get a good night's rest and even to still enjoy cooking even when the temperature outside was 37 degrees or more.
We did not use the hot tub, because it was just too hot, but we used the pool a lot when we came back from our excursions to the different interesting sites in Malta. It was great to come home after a long day of sightseeing to a nice relaxing setting away from all of the crowds. We also did some BBQ on the roof terrace.
We were always able to find a parking space within walking distance even if we came back late in the evening.
Zejtun is about 20 minutes by car from Valetta, but we also enjoyed Mdina, swimming in St Peters Pool, visiting the isle of Gozo and the temples of Hagar Qin. Diving in Malta is also a must!
We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

Amazing island. Beautiful home.
Really enjoyed our stay in Zejtun. It's a quiet village full of character. It was a good home base from which to explore the island. Good beaches, Mdina, Valleta and fishing villages all within a half hour drive...The house was brilliant. A gorgeous renovation of a historic building. An oasis to come back to after exploring. Mary Rose and Adrian couldn't have been more helpful.

A wonderful house!! Nicely renovated!
We had a wonderful holiday. Adrian and Mary Rose are really looking after you and their house. The house is really well equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the Jacuzzi and we loved to sit in the sun on the nice terrace with a glass of wine. Zetjun is a great location if you want to explore the island. To the city of Valetta it is just a 20 minutes drive but there is so much more to see. You have a small supermarket just around the corner of the house where you get fresh bread every morning. A bigger supermarket is just about 6 walking minutes away. All in all a fantastic holiday. We can really recommend the house. The communication with Adrian and Mary Rose was very good, they helped us too find a good car rental deal and picked us even up from the airport. If we needed support they we there straightaway! Thanks again Adrian and Mary Rose for this great holiday!

Charming, well equipped, modernised home with a lot of character
We had a wonderful week here. The owners were very welcoming. They picked us up from the airport, the property was very clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fridge contained a nice welcome package. The living room was a bit small, but the very nice outside area with hot tub and terrace more than made up for this! Parking in the neighbourhood can sometimes be challenging, but we were always able to find a spot within walking distance. In short, we can definitely recommend this house.

The property is beautiful! Historic and charming.
This is a charming two bedroom villa. The rooms are all off a beautiful courtyard with a lovely swimming pool. While the property is over 350 years old and historic it has all the modern conveniences. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owners are kind and thoughtful. We would highly recommend this property.

Simply amazing
This place was everything we wanted and more. An absolute gem of a property. We were looking for somewhere to escape and unwind and it was perfect. The love and attention to detail that has been put into this place is not something I've experienced of a holiday home before. Everything that was needed is there and the beers in the fridge on arrival is always a winner!
We decided to return to Malta after visiting Valletta on a cruise back in february and we are so glad we did. The location was perfect with the small kiosk and bus stop a 2minute walk along with the 'Big Boyz' takeaway and supermarket within 5. Its easy to explore the island if your brave enough to drive.... it took a while but i got into the maltese way of thinking on the roads!
The bus is a great way to get into Valletta 20-25 minutes in the evening to get there. Beautiful place with lots of great places to eat and if you just fancy a beer you must visit 'The Pub'.
After a days sunbathing or sightseeing a lovely refreshing dip in the pool was just what was needed followed by a bottle of wine in the hot tub. It really did tick all the boxes for us, we returned home fully relaxed. Although it was short lived once we returned to hectic normal life of owning a pub. I think we shall have to return soon.
Adrian and Mary Rose were fantastic from the meeting at the airport to anything else we needed. We are truly amazed by your renovation skills!

Lovely house of character with modern interior decor.
The old style exterior is completed nicely by a slick and modern interior. The hosts were lovely. They made sure there was food and drink in the fridge when we arrived, kept the facilities clean and were very happy to give advice or assistance whenever we asked for it.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, especially after spending time on the various sunbeds and couches upstairs soaking up the sun.
The location is about a 25-35 minute bus ride from valetta, and the bus stop is just round the corner which is convenient. The area itself is a beautiful old town with lovely old buildings.
We would recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the noisy hotel stype holidays as it was extremely peaceful. It would also work well for anyone with kids and there are lots of kids games etc in the living room.

We had the most wonderful week in this glorious property which is so well appointed and so comfortable. Mary Rose and Adrian could not have done more to help us in every way, answering every question and sorting out ALL our needs.
