Great stay in Lassi!

Everything is new, clean and user friendly. Very nice and hospitable hosts.

Ein süßes, kleines Apartment für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Stadt- und Strandnähe.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir bekamen sogar eine gute Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und jeden Tag wurde gereinigt. Die Lage war gut, Gegenüber gleich ein Supermarkt und nebenan gute Lokale und sehr freundliche Einwohner. Mehrere tolle Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und die Stadt in 2 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt.

Leider war der Kühlschrank sehr laut und man konnte ohne Ohropax nicht schlafen. Ebenso gab es nur einen Vorhang für die Terassentür und die restlichen Fenster hatten nur Milchglas, sodass man mit Tagesanbruch wach wird (Schlafmaske für alle die empfindlich sind).

Very lovely week …felt sad the leave !

Juliette suites were just what me and my partner wanted. Perfect location and very clean ! Over looking the mountains perfect.. lovely to be greeted every day by friendly cats and a-beautiful Dog ..definitely we will be back in the future we felt very sad to leave! Thanks for a enjoyable week😊❤️

A relaxing, wonderful stay with friendly staff and great rooms.

The Julietta Suites are situated in a great location; in the centre of Lassi. The beaches are a 5-10 minute walk and there are heaps of restaurants either side. Argostoli is about a 30 minute walk - fine in the evening, but it's a good idea to make this journey via car during the day due to the heat! The apartments themselves are lovely. Clean, fresh and spacious. We travelled with a group and each of our rooms were of a similar vibe. Small kitchenette with a little fridge and hob. Our rooms had either outside areas or balconies. The rooms were tidied by staff daily and on arrival there was water in the fridge! The staff were really friendly too. The man who handed us the keys on arrival gave our group 15% off our bill at his restaurant next door (great food!). They also kindly let us leave our luggage at the suites after we'd checked out as we had a late evening flight. This place is really good value for money if you're looking for a quiet, central place in Lassi.

Only thing would be replenishing the toilet rolls in the rooms as we ran out a few times.

Next time we go to Lassi we will stay here again!

Its located close to the beach and all the nice restaurants. Every day it was cleaned, and it was very comfortable.

The room was clean and modern.

There was no signage upon arrival so its not clear where the property is. This was not communicated to us so had to call and have property manager meet us on road. We had the "suite" at the top floor which was an attic style room. AC does not keep up with heat in room and even with AC on max room temperature remained between 28-30C. No attempt by Alex the property manager to help or show us AC controls. All he said was once AC is turned on room will cool down. Room was sweltering upon arrival as all doors and windows were opened which we found odd. Second night room smelled liked backed up sewer. NO attempt from Alex to come and offer solution (doors and windows are on sensor so if opened,, AC automatically turns off). We were concerned for methane as smell was that bad. Noticed a plate in the bathroom over open drain. Confident sewage smell was an ongoing issue thus the plate in bathroom and open windows and doors upon arrival. After asking for another room, I was told no rooms are available but nothing in terms of apologies or acknowledgement of inconvenience which really makes me question the high ratings for this property. My husband and I had very little sleep due to these issues which negatively impacted our stay on the island. Oh and was told after checking out that "they" told us there was sewage issues in area which is "probably" the reason for our inconvenience. Zero customer service. Do not recommend.

Size, location and cleanliness of the room was great. Check in was easy and great parking. Staff were very nice also.

Perfect stay and would stay again when visiting Lassi! highly recommend to anyone 😊

Our accommodation was bright, modern and very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone and the bonus was it being central to Lassi. Easy to reach the restaurant and bars and walking distance to a small beach. From booking, to our arrival and to the end of our stay Alex was very helpful with great communication. They even left a bottle of Prosecco for me on my birthday as well as a good bottle of their own white wine on arrival thank you! Alexs mum was also a lovely lady always helpful with a smile and happy to help and Paul too.

A decent sized, no fuss apartment in a convenient location, 15mins walk to Makris Gialos Beach and closer to many other beaches in Lassi. Lots of restaurants around and a tour agent right next door. Quiet. Access to a pretty garden, and I had an area and clothes each with pegs to hang washed clothes. Excellent AC and great shower pressure - constant hot water.

Housekeeping needs improving. Rooms are not cleaned daily or to a high standard. I was on the ground floor and there were lots of bugs, and staff had to remove a cockroach from the kitchen area at the start of my stay so I didn’t use that area at all so cannot comment on the kitchen facilities. Apparently cockroaches are a problem generally in Greece. Would have been nice to be offered some help with what to do around/tourist info. No full length mirror.

We should have stayed longer, it was a beautiful place in a great part of Kefalonia.

Very conveniently located in Lassi, just outside of Argostoli with plenty amazing restaurants along the same road within walking distance. The property was recently renovated and everything felt clean and neat, while still giving the iconic Greek architecture culture in its contrasting blue and pink finishes. The room had a sky light which was a great way to wake up with nature. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived to a gifted bottle of wine they make locally.

A very pleasant place to stay, where you are made to feel welcome.

Warm and welcoming hosts. Very kind to me throughout my stay here. Set in a lovely garden, the room is modern and comfortable. Nice coffee machine, great shower and soft clean towels.

Beautiful apartments set in picturesque gardens ideally situated in Lassi , handy for beaches , restaurants and supermarkets . The family who run the apartments couldn't do enough for me....when I next visit Kefalonia I will definitely return to Julietta and am recommending them to all my friends and family .
