Apt. 2 is a beautiful 4 bedroom apartment taking up the entire middle floor of this newly renovated detached chalet in the heart of Les Carroz. It's conveniently located just 200m from the centre of the village, a 10 min walk to the main Ski lift station, or a 1 minute walk to the Free Ski bus. Renovated to a high standard, with fast WiFi, a large private south facing balcony with stunning views over the Aravis mountain range, off street car parking, use of communal Sauna/shower room and communal ski/boot room with boot dryers.
The chalet is set within it's own grounds with private, communal garden and large driveway for several cars. The apartment has patio doors from the living room and bedroom 4, onto a large southwest facing balcony with stunning views of the Aravis mountain range and views of the bottom of the Timalets red run down to Les Savages. The master bedroom has a sumptuous kingsized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds and share a bathroom/toilet and there is also a separate WC. Bedroom 4 has an double bed, patio doors to the southwest facing balcony and an ensuite bathroom.
All beds have luxury mattresses ensuring a restful night after a busy day on the slopes.

Guests have use of a communal Sauna/shower room to help unwind from the days activities and the communal Ski/boot room to store equipment and dry boots. There is a large private driveway for several cars. The chalet has fast WiFi internet, 4K smart HDTV, UK satellite TV, a Samsung R5 Bluetooth speaker, underfloor heating with individual room thermostats and a modern fully equipped kitchen with Bosch electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is also an electric fondue and raclette
Some rooms have USB charging sockets. All linen and towels are included.
Les Carroz is a gateway to the Grand Massif ski area offering 265 km of well maintained and varied pistes connecting the resorts of Flaine, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt that all face the Mont Blanc mountain range. 200m from the centre of the village with many restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ski rentals, banks, cash machines, 2 supermarkets, open market , and busy town square with Apres Ski live music and animations during the holiday season. There is an outdoor Ice skating rink a short walk from the chalet. The chalet is also conveniently located next door to a nursery/creche, Le Sourie Vert and is 5 min walk to the Aquacîme Leisure centre and Wellness Spa, with its heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Chalet has access to many beautiful woodland trails on its doorstep.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at Chalet Cyclamen, which is probably the best endoresement i can give. We stayed with another family, so 8 of us in total. The chalet is as de scribed and is clean and very well presented. Location is good, although if skiing i would recommend a ski locker at one of the hite shops nearer the slopes.

The house is lovely, clean and close to the center. We had bad luck with the property manager being sick and unresponsive resulting in some situations that required a simple solve (like the hot water not working) turning into larger problems. But I assume that was situational and simply bad luck. Emily and her husband were very helpful in remedying the situation.

Another fantastic week in Les Carroz. Chalet is perfect for two families. Right in the heart of a lovely village with great skiing.

Wonderful chalet

Just back from a wonderful week skiing. We were 2 families and we all really enjoyed it. The chalet is clean and modern with a lovely terrace taking in the mountain views. It’s spacious and very well laid out. Emily the owner was quick to respond to many Covid related queries and was on hand once we were in resort. For those going for the skiing we left our skis in lockers by the lift. It is then only a 10 min walk through the village to get to the lift in the morning and lovely to stop in the bars and shops on the way home.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monique qui gère le chalet, avons trouvé un appartement moderne, chaleureux, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Ensemble très propre, draps et serviettes à disposition pour chaque lit. Situation idéale, au calme mais à deux pas du centre du village, proche du marché et des navettes qui montent aux remontées mécaniques. Avons été ravis de notre semaine aux Carroz avec nos 5 enfants plus un bébé !

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very spacious, comfortable modern apartment. Lovely well equipped kitchen and dining area and balcony for when the sun shines. Great showers with plenty hot water. Short walk to ski bus and to the village which has many excellent restaurants. Extensive easily accessible ski area from Les Carroz. We would recommend this apartment.

We, a family of 7 adults, have just returned from a week in Les Carroz. We have been to the resort a few times before so know the area well. The chalet is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the town centre, a 1 minute walk to the ski bus (which took about 5 minutes to get to the gondola). The chalet had everything you could need and the check in, check out process was easy. We had a few queries whilst away that Emily responded to and resolved quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend the chalet!

Un super séjour!

Un super séjour!

Le chalet vient d'être rénové, l'apt 2 se situe au 1er étage, il y a 4 chambres, un grand salon, une grande cuisine, 3sdb, 4 WC, tout est décoré avec goût, et tout est super bien équipé. Nous étions 2 familles et nous étions tous d'accord pour dire qu'il ne manque vraiment rien, on se sent vraiment bien, comme chez soi. Le chalet est idéalement situé, à 5min du skibus, 5min du centre ville dans une zone calme, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Dans la chalet, il y a aussi un local a ski avec des portants séchants pour les chaussures, des crochets pour le casque, des ranges skis...enfin tout est parfait! La propriétaire Emily est très gentille et répond rapidement aux messages, je ne peux que vous recommander ce chalet!
