A gem of a studio with fab features

The studio was beautifully decorated and very cosy. It had everything you could need. Great location just off the seafront. Very helpful and communicative host.

Exceptional

Small but very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a stay with a dog. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and great for dog walking. We would definitely come back.

Bed was pushed against the wall, so hard to get out of in the night without waking my husband.

would come back if the shower was fixed

very spacious, nice and clean and lovely garden.

ran the shower for ages and didn’t go hot so both of us had to have a cold shower in the morning

Very good

It was a lovely little base, with privacy. It had beautiful decor and I would definitely stay again! A stones throw away from the beach so a fab place to bring doggos!

A couple of points for improvement, but these things by no means affect our holiday, apart from the issues with the shower! Shower pressure was terrible and it was either scalding or freezing! I would move it by a mm and it would be freezing! Would have loved a full length mirror Bed needs to be moved to middle of room for plugs to be accessible Would have loved to use projector but tv was in the way. Also the TV itself wasn't working, asking us to scan for channels, so we just ended up picking something on catch up. Black out curtains would have been nice. Also for the summer months, perhaps a comfier garden set.

Friendly host but the bedroom was smaller than I anticipated.

Breakfast not provided, but several nearby places where it was available, not a problem.

Bedroom very small and and not easy to get to bed as the bed was pushed against the wall on one side.

Exceptional

A beautiful bolthole with a hot shower and a big comfy bed, perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. It was too chilly to enjoy the private outside area but it’s very convenient when travelling with a pet.

Enjoyed our stay, nice friendly owner & may bring our dog if we stay again.

Roomy lounge area, comfortable bed & quiet location.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it but the toilet/shower room is very small.

An enjoyable home-from-home

The apartment was conveniently close to East Beach, Selsey, a park & local shops. The host, Anna made me very welcome and could not be any more helpful during my stay.

Nice but cold

Lovely little studio apartment close to beach and short walk to local shops, pubs and takeaway. Had all essentials supplied, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up bits, towels and toilet rolls. Owner sent clear details of where to park and how to access studio. Wifi was good, and there were games and books available.

It was freezing two small heaters took all night to just warm the rooms, maybe now it's cold these could be changed and no outside lighting easily sorted luckily I had a torch with me. No TV, did have a projector but couldn't get this to work for us.
