Privacy & Luxury A large private pool, with a small side pool for babies and small children Sea view that extends to Cap D'Antibes, perfect for catchign fireworks 10 minutes 'walk to the beach in Golfe Juan Large private garden with manicured lawn & fruit bearing trees Parking for several cars inside the property and closed garage too Kids friendly with swing & baby pool, ping pong table and babyfoot Wifi via fibre optic & air con throughout Large collection of CDs and DVDs BBQ and plancha facilities Comfortable sitting area by the swimming pool More sofas and sitting area on the main terrace, alongside al fresco dining area Bedding & Sleep arrangements The villa offers 4 bedrooms on the First Floor: 1- The Master Bedroom, with its own bath and shower en-suite and access to the large terrace, offering stunning sea views. It can only be arranged as a double bedroom. 2- The second Bedroom, with its own shower en-suite, access to the same large terrace, also offering the sea view. It can be arranged as two single beds or as a double bed. 3- The third Bedroom, also offering access to the same large terrace. It can also be arranged as two single beds or as a double bed. It shares a bathroom (with a bath) with Bedroom 4. 4- The fourth Bedroom offers access to a side terrace, therefore the view is not as breathtaking. It can also be arranged as two single beds or a double bed. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3. It also offers a fifth Bedroom on the Ground Floor, with its own en-suite shower room. Again, the bed can be arranged as two single beds or a double bed. Tennis courts are located a couple minutes down the road (not private). The land extends over 1000m2.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful villa

We have just spent two wonderful weeks at this fantastic villa. The view is breathtaking, the villa is luxurious and with a beautiful interior. We were a family of 8 - youngest 3 years old. The pool was super ... Big and fenced for safety. We spent many hours here. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with a big grill area. You can grill while viewing the beautiful Bay of Golfe Juan and Juan Les Pins. Needless to say we spent several evenings at the patio with its fantastic view. Golfe Juan is only 1,2 km down the road. Nice for excersice and a morning walk to the Boulangerie. We will love to be back and can only recommend this special place. Danish family

Fantastic Vacation Rental

A group of us (from Canada) rented this villa for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners were very responsive and helpful with our questions. The location was great- within walking distance of the beach and we rented a car which came in handy for day trips to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The villa was spacious and the whole back wall opened up which gave it a great open feel. The weather was nice so we got a lot of use out of the pool. This villa set the bar high for our next vacation!

Lovely family house!

We had the priviledge to spend two weeks last summer at this Villa and cannot wait to go back! Our family of five plus couple of friends enjoyed its wide garden, very large pool, completely private feel (nobody overlooking us !), very contemporary architecture and deco and close proximity to beaches and fashionable Cannes! Perfect place for our young kids as well, with small kids pool and swing in the garden! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Villa

Wonderful Villa

We had 2 lovely weeks in this wonderful house. We needed a big house for 10 people and also our twin babies. This worked very well and it is such a lovely and spacious house. The pool was amazing and they also had a small pool on the side for the babies which was great. We felt very private here with a big garden in front of the house and sea views. Would recommend this to anyone and we would love to come back!
