The picture of this hotel compared to the actual property is BAIT & SWITCH!! The place was smelly, old, run down and in a bad area. The curtains were hanging from random hooks in places and barely there. The room smelled so bad I had to open the window Thank goodness I was on the 3rd floor. There was mold in the shower. The bedding was so thin it’s see through. The mattress is from 1960. Never again!!! It was late & I was exhausted. I wrapped myself in my personal blanket & laid on top of the sheet.

I am not satisfied with the hotel at all if I can get a refund or half price I would appreciate Rugs town floor in room had sticky stiff over it hardly anything for breakfast when we went down there like 1 sausage for the biscuit. Hard to tell with the pictures on internet but not worth the 87.00 I paid

It said there would be breakfast served. We got in the dining area at 7:30am and the shelves and containers were empty. Also it had a weird smell and tvs didn’t work right.

Check in was good, good staff, good price, room was nice except the curtains and ratted chair that need replaced Tv went crazy and wouldn't turn off/on, volume wouldn't work and had to plug/unplug to turn on/off Hotel staff checked the tv and nothing they could do to fix the issue The Breakfast was terrible, yogurt, twinkles, juice Save yourself time and go out for Breakfast Carpet was worn and needs replaced

This was a budget property, but really very nice and a good value! It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price you can’t complain! Very big TV in the room!

Walked into a man yelling about some crack heads who stole his food off the grill and he was going to get his gun. Couldnt understand the lady checking in due to no teeth. Then in morning for breakfast there was NOTHING. I couldnt even get a black coffee. I assume they live there and ate it all before the customers could. Rooms were clean but hallways smelled, parking lot was unsafe, drunks, and no chance we come back.

The first room was not clean. The pool has not been open for the last three years.(told by front desk at check in) Was one of the major reasons I booked here. So totally disappointed. Someone tried to access room after we were checked into it. They had to help with tv and remote but never did turn the tv on or off. Next morning breakfast was very disappointing also. Glad I booked at a cheaper rate or they would have received a very negative review.

The building does NOT look like picture. It is run down and not kept tidy. It's a non smoking hotel but smokers right outside the door. No way to avoid them. Curtains were about to fall off rod, and window locks did not work.

There is dried blood smeared on the walls of the shower! Due to an error on my part, this is my second experience with this motel. The first experience was even worse. The attendants dog attacked my dog, the room door was locked from the inside so they just forced it in, and there is NO POOL OR HOT TUB as stated on the Expedia app.

I can’t give you a review cuz I rented a room for two nights and that was in the am.so they would not let me check in tell 2pm,so I went to work and did not get back to the hotel tell 4am and then was informed that my rooms had been cancelled due to the fact of me showing up so late,I thought it was understood that I wouldn’t be in tell late .that’s the whole reason I got the room for two nights! So I was refused any service at all and no one tried to contact me to ask if I was still coming to my rooms so I figured everything was fine! Boy was I wrong 4 am no we’re to go and they kept my money

Awoke to the sound of a cockroach falling into the trash can in my room! They didn't put breakfast out until 8am where also your feet stuck to the floor and the pool was shut down. Our room (besides the bugs) was worn over and the tub lacked the stopper for a bath. I liked the full sized bottles of toiletries but they were broken off the wall mounts, as were the towel racks.

Check in went smoothly u til I couldn’t get into the room. The lever was activated from inside the room. The staff’s solution? Bust the door in and say sorry. There is no pool or bit tub as advertised. Again “I’m sorry.” Then the staff’s dog attacks my dog, while NOT on a leash.

The description of the hotel is a bit wrong. They don't have a working hot tub or pool. The breakfast options were a bit lacking. The rooms however were super clean, fresh, great shower and the bed was wonderful with NO lumps! If you're traveling, as I was, it makes for a great place to rest for the night. It's also close to several must-see attractions.

Staff was great--kind and helpful to meet all requests (except provide a cup for drinking water; went to my car to bring a bottle to drink water). There was a microwave, frig, but NO cup to drink water; no phone-had to go down to get help to use TV (turned out a second remote was missing and NO instructions or TV guide-no option on the remote for a guide). Without kind help from staff I wouldn't have been able to use the TV. Curtain was broken and let outside light shine in.

Room 301 had no hot water, no hair dryer and no screen on the window. Room 107 had a TV and a different brand remote. Room 109 had only poor curtains as did all rooms mentioned. Room 108 had no hair dryer. All rooms had poor bed linen, i.e., holes and cigarette burns. I was accommodated room 110 in order to take a hot shower. The toilet in 110 was out of order. Staff did their best to ameliorate these shortcomings. This is a local owned motel with the Super 8 name but not Super 8 quality.

The office was the cleanest part of the whole place. There was NOT a breakfast other than Twinkies and a couple yogurts. The TV didn't work the first couple hours. Just wouldn't recommend.

Cockroach in the room breakfast was all but none floors in the room would make your feet dirty walking on them . Manager came pounding on the door saying our room was leaking water which it wasn't . Won't be staying there again .

Super eight Joplin’s in pretty bad shape hallways are dirty bed sags. Brand new TV but nobody knows how to use the remote or program it properly homeless people out and about broken down in the parking lot next time I will pass on the cheaper price

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, we checked in and immediately checked back out, there was mold on the ceiling, bugs in the bathtub, holes in the walls, and doors. The place smelt of mildew.

Tv Remote wouldn't work, got moved to another room abd bathroom floor has fingernails on it and microwave was inplugged and when plugged in didn't work.

Did not like a 3rd floor room. Room was great. I am 81 years old. It took me half hour to get all my stuff up to my room. Seniors should be 1st floor only.

Just an overnight stay on our way home. The room was fine. Shower was hot and great water pressure. King bed was comfortable. Liked that there wasn’t carpet. No water cups or frills in room. Breakfast was disappointing. Cereal but no milk, waffle iron but no batter, and ding-dongs. We ate elsewhere. Overall it was fine for one night and it was $15 for our little dog.
