About this house rental

Come experience our mid-century modern oasis. Many guests comment on the peaceful energy of our space as it lends itself to total relaxation. Our home is expertly designed for our guests to experience total serenity paired with functionality. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is open from April 1 - Oct 15. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $65 per day.

House rules and info:

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
It is also important that we let you know that we are located in a HOA residential neighborhood and PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Outdoor quiet hours start at 8 pm. This does not mean you can't be outside past 8 pm it just means that the sound level has to be minimal out of respect for our neighbors. Music is NOT allowed outside at any time. Only 4 cars are allowed onsite. If you do not follow these rules then the neighbors will call the cops and then I will be forced to have you evicted. Also, I have outdoor cameras on site so if I see these rules not being followed I will have you evicted. If for some reason you aren't able to follow these rules please let me know now and we will be glad to refund you in full. .

The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is open from May 1 - Oct 15. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $65 per day.

Please be aware our pool company will allow themselves into the backyard to service the pool at any time without prior warning or consent.

Up to two dogs are allowed at our house for a 200 fee. Unauthorized dogs on the premises will be subject to a 500 fine. Pets must be trained and can't be left outside unattended. Pets are not allowed upstairs. Pets can absolutely not be barking in the backyards or cause a disturbance to our neighbors. Guest must pooper scoop before leaving.

Check-out time at 10 am is strictly enforced to ensure we have enough time to prepare the home for our next guest. Our cleaners will arrive promptly at 10 am.

Please be aware we do have a Ring Security flood light mounted in the front of the house for our safety and security and yours. This is also a vital tool for ensuring the home is prepared before you arrive.

The house was more of a home during our visit. We all experienced great times together enjoying the space and amenities. Everything you needed was there and more. The communication was amazing and any questions or requests were answered quickly. This was one of our best experiences and would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for comfort, convenience and great value. Luke Rogers is a very responsive and cares that the visitors have an enjoyable experience.

The property was beautiful, the beds very comfortable and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. All of the extra amenities that had been placed by the owner was greatly appreciated, the dishwasher tabs, the laundry soap, extra trash bags. Family of 8 and everyone had a great time.

Your home is amazing and the kids loved the games. There was plenty of space and the decor was Great! We felt so welcomed and when we are in Albuquerque, NM again we will stay there again. Thank You!

We stayed here for the balloon fiesta. If you didn't want to go to the actual park on any given day, you could go out the front door and see the balloons. There is a nice park a block away that you could grab some lawn chairs and watch the show as well. Would recommend purchasing the pool heater option during this time of year as well. Nice during the day, but the mornings and evenings can be quite chilly. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place with plenty of room for 9 adults. Owner was very responsive. There was a variety of cookware, dishes, towels. No wanting for anything. You can't go wrong with this place.

This property was an ideal setup for a large group or family. Abundant supplies were provided, towels, dishes, laundry supplies, pool toys and floats, everything one could ask for. Games for kids and adults, including darts in the garage. Communication with Luke was extremely responsive for anything that came up during our stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Albuquerque!

This was our second time staying at this house, which is a great layout with plenty of space to hang out. One of the best parts of the house is the pool, but unfortunately, we were only able to use it the last two days. The pool temp was 93 and it was too hot to get into. We called and they sent someone but he said there was nothing wrong. The next day, another guy came and said the circulation was off. He turned it on and said it should cool down. That took 2 days, so we were only able to enjoy the pool Thurs and Fri. The price difference between houses with pools and those without is significant, so this was really disappointing. The other thing I was surprised about is that there were no beach towels, no chairs, umbrellas or even a wagon to carry things to the beach. And no pool toys. So, we had to buy all of that, which is ridiculous for the price of the house. I asked my mom about this and she said the mngt company told her people kept stealing the wagons and chairs. If that's true, then get a deposit from people, but to have nothing and show up off a plane, and be expected to buy all of this stuff and then just leave it there, is crazy. For that reason alone, I would not stay at this house again. The last thing is that while the house was sparkling clean when we arrived, I think they may have a bug problem. There were ants and some sort of flying ant all over the house. I would only stay at this house again if these things were addressed. Otherwise, it's a great house.

We met friends from Colorado and Oklahoma and this house was absolutely perfect! Newly remodeled, it’s boho fabulous! The pool was wonderful and used for hours every day! Luke the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Quiet and safe neighborhood. If our get together ever lands us in Albuquerque again we will rent again without question!!

Thank you so much for such a comfortable property. My son won 2 gold medals at State Special Olympics-Track n Field. We had family join us to support and enjoy the eventful weekend. Your home made our weekend extra special. We were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked and the amenities, including the pool, hot tub, fire pit were enjoyed by all. We could not have been happier with our vrbo. The house is beautiful and well stocked with essential items. The pool, hot tub, and the fun activities included on the property are lots of fun, as well. Luke was the best host. Easy to reach and always helpful. 10 out of 10 on our trip to Albuquerque. We loved this property! We came with kids and grandma for a spring break trip and had a blast. We arrived late to find the lights on, the door easy to open and everything clean and as advertised. The beds were super comfortable and appreciated the generous supply of extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with excellent condition pans, knives, everything you need as well as paper towels etc. We really appreciated the shampoos etc so we didn’t have to buy again. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, indoor games and spacious hangout area. It is well decorated without having too many things cluttering surfaces. Overall it was amazing and we loved it, can’t wait to return in pool season!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It was great for a group of friends since it has several rooms. Everyone was able to have their own space. It was nice and quiet and easy to get to the places we wanted to go.
