This 2,110 square foot luxury condo located at the Royal Sea Cliffs offers a one of a kind 932sf wrap around lanai offering a panoramic ocean view! The lanai is equipped with outdoor dining, queen sized sunbed, and loungers offering many options be out enjoying the Kona air and stunning views. A very spacious 2-bedroom 2.5-bath with king sized accommodations in each bedroom. The living room is home to a murphy bed equipped with queen sized pillow top mattress, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This condo provides one of the best views on the Kona coast whether you are enjoying the air-conditioning or outside taking in the ocean breeze. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with a woodcrafter table, and newly furnished living room with junior sized pool table will allow you enjoy every moment spent indoors. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views are beautiful and you can't get much closer to the ocean. The two pools both had views of the ocean (standing views) and our family enjoyed them each day. The lanai is very large and there is plenty of room and furniture for your family, although one thing to note is that the lanai is not in any way private. The condo had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Also included were beach chairs and ice chests. The beach umbrella that was provided was broken, but they promptly brought a replacement the next day. There was an issue with lots of fruit flies in the kitchen, but other than that the condo was very clean. We did have trouble getting in touch with the property management and left two voicemails that went unanswered, but we were able to contact the owner and they were quick to respond and assist. Overall lovely stay and we would definitely return.

Located about 1-1.8 miles just south of the center of downtown Kailua-Kona on Ali'i Hwy - this was an awesome spot on the west side of the Big Island! Incredible sunsets from the back porch (which wrapped around the entire corner of the building) and no road noise at all because of the distance from Ali'i Hwy to the unit - which is at the ocean's edge. We could hear the ocean from both bedrooms and it was incredibly relaxing and tranquil! We played pool on the billiard table almost nightly, used the fully equipped kitchen, and the washer and dryer regularly. Our family of four was quite comfortable in this spacious unit!!! We would love to have stayed even longer than the 8 nights we were there and hope to be back sooner than later! Mahalo!

The property had amazing ocean views from the huge lanai. We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins from our unit. The condo had everything we could need and more. So nice to have the washer and drier. Also appreciated the multitude of beach towels. I will recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.

We could not have asked for a greater view. The large wrap around large porch area allowed all eight of us lots of room when watch for whales or when the cruse ships came in. The pool table was the favorite activity in the evening when we were not out watching the sun sink into the ocean. Just gorgeous and make sure you video it. We highly recommend this luxurious property to all. The only comment was from the young adults that could not log into the wifi because the special character was a period and they totally missed it on the instructions. The 69 yr old had to show them how it's done.

Beautiful property - absolutely loved our stay here. Quiet resort, gorgeous ocean views, & large patio. Easy drive everywhere & can walk to some restaurants/stores within a mile. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. Inside the condo is very open and comfortable for a group. Would definitely recommend highly & would stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with another couple for 5 days. The condo itself had the absolute best location and ocean view. We enjoyed the large lanai with multiple seating areas. The inside of the condo was very roomy and comfortable. The two large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were perfect for 2 couples. The pool table was a very nice extra. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends when traveling to the area!

The photos do not do this property justice. My friends and I were blown away when we walked in. The wrap-around patio feels so luxurious, and the views are breathtaking. There were 5 of us staying here, and there was plenty of space/sleeping options for all of us. We also had a slight parking issue when we first arrived, and we were able to get ahold of the property manager within minutes even though it was after regular business hours. Not super close to any great beaches, but only a 10-15 minute drive North provides good options. Overall, I loved this property and how easy it was to get in touch with the property manager when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We spent several days here and the home was perfect. The wrap around lanai was a great place for sun bathing and enjoying the beauty of the ocean. The home is fully stocked, has 2 lovely bedrooms, and even a murphy bed so it would easily accommodate larger groups. You can hear the waves from the master bedroom - so peaceful and relaxing - and the living area is the ideal place to watch gorgeous sunsets. Would absolutely stay here again!

I can't say enough about our stay. The property was better than what we expected including being very clean and having everything we needed. We had our infant with us so it was great to spend all day with the family and then still have fun at the pool table and on the lanai when the infant went to bed. The sunset views are breathtaking from both inside and outside. The communication with the host was beyond exceptional. If we go back, we would definitely stay here.

This unit is awesome. The lanai is unobstructed on the west and south sides by concrete walls—there’s railing that still allows for the great views. My wife and I spent many hours looking out at the whales, cruise ships, and natural beauty God put there for us to enjoy. The continual sound of the waves crashing into the rocks was very peaceful. There’s not a better place available than this unit. Spacious inside and out. Any issue that came up was quickly and courteously addressed and resolved.
