About this house rental

Centrally located spacious home with four bedrooms lets you relax in comfort. Steps away from several restaurants and shopping. Off-street parking for four vehicles. Nice patio for grilling and relaxing. Easy access to the main thorough fare to go south, north, or east to recreation areas. Two family friendly ski resorts are within 35 minutes. Hiking, boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails are within minutes. Utah State University (USU) is a few blocks from the door. Close to hot springs.

Excellent one-level space with four comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has twin beds. There is a roll-away bed that can be used in the living area to allow 10 people in beds. There is a second full bath that is available for all guests.

Large kitchen with full electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen includes a large island with four stools. The dining area has a large dining table that will seat 10 people. A separate laundry room is off the kitchen with washer and dryer (roll-away bed is also stored here.).

A two-car garage is available to guests.

A patio with a table and grill is also available for guests to use and enjoy evenings and mornings at the residence.

Wi-fi is available for our guests.

Our guests have access to the entire main level of the home including a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ grill.

Established neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, salons and entertainment.

Logan is easy to get around. Driving to theaters, malls and big box shopping is easy and plenty of parking. The university is just 5 minutes away and has plenty of parking in the area for events and museums.

Logan does have a public transit bus system. That runs throughout the day with more limited routes on Sunday.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us. We have spent a lot of time creating a great environment for you to enjoy. Please help us keep our place nice for future guests.

- Parking for our guests is reserved in the garage (West Side) and in the driveway (West Side). Room for four vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house any time of the year (per city ordinance). No on-street parking during winter months (November 15th through March 15th).

- No open flames inside the house.

- No smoking inside the home, or within 25 feet of the residence. No vaping inside the home.

- Upon leaving, place dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

- Upon leaving, place dirty towels, dish rags, pillow cases in the washer and start the wash cycle.

- Check to make sure stove, oven, and BBQ Grill is turned off.

- Lock all doors and windows of the home before you leave.

Note: Parking on the East Side of the home is reserved for residents of adjoining apartment.

This house was great and super comfortable for our group. The host was super helpful and responsive. The location was close to great restaurants. We’re already planning our next stay.

The stay was perfect! Everything so clean beds were awesome very impressed with just how clean it was!!! Would stay again if in the area. House was big nice and everything worked!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

House is in an older neighborhood. It was quiet and appeared to be safe. Good dining option and a grocery were very close. Welcome fruit basket and some K-cups was a nice touch. A drip coffee maker would have been useful for multi-cup drinkers. A garage door remote would have made using the garage easier.

Floors were a little dusty and there were little blighting flying bugs in the kitchen. Comfortable, spacious, comfortable seating, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, very nice welcome basket, great central location, great air conditioning. We all slept well and were comfortable when we were there at Rigby house. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for a bike race. It was a wonderful space to reconnect with good friends. We each had our own room, the kitchen was clean, and the living room was perfect for good conversation. We would stay here again next year for the next bike race!
