Overall the house was perfect for our. Smiley reunion m. The family loved the house. There was plenty of places to sleep for the 27 that stayed the night and more than enough room for the 52 total that showed up on Saturday.

My kids loved that there were two different game rooms as my bigs played card games and pool and then my littles used the arcade games. This place had a ton of room for everyone and I liked that it had the cowboy pool, so we did not always have to go down to the beach. We can't wait to stay here again next year

I loved this home! The driveway had room for all our cars and the home had room for the kids to play and us adults to relax. Loved the cowboy pool. The pool table was relaxing to use at night and the homes area felt safe most importantly.

We loved this house! This house had enough room for my family/friends and I while not all being crammed on top of each other. We loved the game room areas and hung out in there a lot. The area was also nice and felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived to the property there were flying Nats EVERYWHERE.There were dead bugs in every bed and the bath tubs.flooring was coming up in many places in the room where the pool table is and to top it off we thought the BBQ pit was usable but it has a big hole in the bottom of it.I rented this property because it was big enough to accommodate my family for my Wedding Anniversary and I’m simply not satisfied.

This is the perfect place for a large group. The spaciousness of the house was amazing. Kids had plenty of room inside and out of the house to have fun with their friends. Parents would stay up late laughing. Aside from a few structural obstacles, I would highly recommend this house. We look forward to our next trip to Galveston.

Property had regular sewage smell that we reported but was never attended to. Had lights not working in the game room and other places and we messaged the host and they sent people to fix the lights - they came, left to get parts, and never came back. One of the days it rained and there was multiple water leaks in the ceiling coming through the light fixtures, one of the listing pictures shows a hot tub and there is no hot tub, cleaners were late leaving after the 4pm check in, several broken cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, ping pong table is half broken, not nearly enough towels for the advertised amount of people that it can host, floors are warped in many places, darts for dart board are broken, several soft spots on the deck and broken deck board at bottom of the stairs with exposed nails, closet doors off the hinges in the upstairs jack and jill room, no broom or vacuum to be found. I messaged the host Beach Box several times and they were typically good at responding to emails, but none of these issues got physically resolved. I reported all of these issues prior to us leaving the facility and requested a partial refund for our difficulties and false advertising and host said they would have to check with the owner of the property. I have followed up three times with the host and have not heard back about them approving or not approving our request. Overall, this property was not as expected for the price we paid and would recommend this property undergo repairs.

I would strongly recommend not to book this property as it's very poorly maintained.
Many many issues :
1. Smelling very badly in most of the bed rooms (sewage smell)
2. Except on non of the bathroom has exhausts
3. Floor wood is coming out we fell down twice and just escaped from injury
4. This property says to accommodate up to 24 folks but no cooking pan at all for even cooking for 3-4 folks.
5. No dishwasher soap, No room Freshner, No Washing machine liquid detergent, Only 4 trash bag were provided
6. Microwave is in very poor condition to heat up.
7. Shuffle board is in bad condition you can't play.
8. Pool table is not balance properly.
9. Sofa is stinking, No single place to sit even 6 families.

The house had more than enough bedrooms and restrooms for our group of 9. There was also so much to do (table tennis, old school arcade games, play cards, pool and even shuffle board) that we wish we had more time at the house. We even got to see a bull chase a dog at the neighbor’s house. It was a good start to our trip. Thanks again.

Overall the stay was good. The house is nice and there was plenty of room for our family. There were several places in the house where the flooring needed to be replaced. Also be aware that this is on the west end of Galveston and near open fields. There were some friendly animals next door (a cow and a donkey- the kiddos got a kick out of that, but we also has a not so friendly guest in the backyard - a 3 foot snake - my brother stepped right over it and didn't realize it was a snake until it raised it's head to strike. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening, but that was expected. Overall, a good stay.

Rented this home for my family's quick trip to Galveston for our cruise. We got in the day before to jumpstart our vacation a little early and it was exactly what we needed! There was so much space in the home and plenty for us to do! We spent the night before our cruise playing cards and shooting pool. Truly a great family experience.

This home was an absolute blast! The game room was huge and had everything we could ask for - from pool to foosball to arcade games, we were entertained for hours on end. The rest of the house was just as impressive, with spacious rooms and all the modern amenities we needed. We did ask about the hot tub, but it is for owner use only which was not a problem. We had a great time and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation spot.

We family and I recently stayed at this place for a short family trip, and we absolutely were blown away! The photos did not give this place justice and it looks even better in person. We LOVED the large game room and common areas. The old school arcade machines and foosball table were a big hit with everyone, and the pool table and shuffleboard table in the next room were awesome as well. We has more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together, and we cannot wait to come back soon. Anyone with a large family should really consider this property for their next trip!!!

Massive house that we paid over 4,000 for set up to 35 people
Security came at 8 o’clock before quiet time hours to tell me I had too many people. I told them that they were not overnight guests we were having a get together it’s the reason we rented a giant house
After that, they called the cops had six different cops and security roll up telling me I had to go the second night I was there out of a four day stay
Lying crooks. Then as we were leaving the neighbors, say these people do it all the time advertise for large parties, and then kick everyone out and keep the money, horrible, horrible horrible I would rather go under a bridge, then go to these people ever again. Also Want to throw in there that this is the week after spring break in the hot tub was filled with tad poles and frogs from lack of been clean for months and I paid over $4000. Good job on being a crap owner

This was a great property for multiple families with kids. Everything was as expected. There is plenty to do and plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely rent this property again!
