The entire family will enjoy being nestled within incredible natural surroundings with plenty of space indoors to visit and relax. Cozy up around the gas stove, modeled to resemble a classic wood stove. Soaring cathedral ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams allow for plenty of airiness and natural light. A desk workspace is set up in the laundry room for those who want to complete assignments in privacy. Highlights include an immaculate, well-equipped kitchen complete with a farm sink and wine fridge, and access to a private patio for outdoor grilling and dining. The upstairs loft can be used as a comfy open bedroom or a relaxed gathering place.

You'll love the sensation of being secluded in the wilderness, while being only a short driving distance away from Mt. Abraham, Sugarbush Resort Base Camp, and all the wonderful shopping, dining, and activities the Warren area has to offer. This property is apparently managed by Vacasa, located in Oregon. Vacasa does not undertand the details of this property--located in the forest, amidst wild animals. They actually wanted me to leave the trash outside, but there were no secure containers (yes, a bear did raid the garbage bin). The exterior ot the property is unkempt, the rear yard and patio are overgrown with weeds, some of the wooden patio furniture is not safe to sit on. The housekeeping crew before our visit did not put top sheets on the beds, and left the grill cover on the ground. Just sloppy. I sent Vacasa a long detailed list. I hope the owner and Vacasa wake up and bring this property into proper condition. It is a great location.

House needs upgrades especially the bathrooms. It is on a steep hill which our car could barely make up with icy conditions. Overall stay was good and lots of bedrooms which is difficult to find. With some improvements could be great.

Super close to the mountain. Fit two families and a dog well. Vacasa isn’t as easy to contact as direct hosts but the house was perfect.

5 minutes to Sugarbush. Beautiful house with nice spaces for a pretty large group. Probably best for 5-6 people.

This was a nice place to stay for a long weekend in Vermont. The house was nice with decent amenities. We liked having the sleds and sledded on the driveway with kiddos.

We choose this for our group of 4 cycling friends. This place is located in the heart of the Vermont 6 gaps area. It features a nice kitchen for our group meals, private rooms for all and is located in a very quiet area.

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay at Birch Hill. The house was very clean, neat, and spacious. There was plenty of room for the six adults in our group to feel comfortable. The house is 5 minutes from the base of Sugarbush, and 10 minutes from some great cross-country skiing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Large house, which was great for 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. Can easily accommodate for more people say another 2, but not sure about 10. Appliances were new(er) and clean and easy to work with. We cooked breakfast in the morning, apres after skiing at SB, and grilled outdoors back at the house for dinner. Proximity to SB base lodge enable the best of both worlds. Overall great house. Would recommend and rent again
