On the top floor, the main living area showcases spectacular beach views, as well as a cozy fireplace and TV. Find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the sleek modern kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Handy extras include a large ice maker, a Keurig, and a standard coffee maker. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a private bathroom and direct deck access.
Guests who occupy the lower level will find their own den - complete with an entertainment center and kitchenette with a sink and mini-fridge. A converted garage game room offers hours of entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball table, TV, and video games.

The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms/bathrooms were a nice size. The two decks were nice to have. The ice machine was a great item to have. The location to town was great. We liked how close to the beach the house was and how clean the beach was. The house was plenty large enough for 12 family members and 1 11 month old little guy. We would stay there again.

The upper deck facing the ocean needs new nails/hardware. Lots of rusted nails and split joists where nailed together that compromise its structural integrity- from a civil engineer. Great location. Beds were comfortable.

Shore Sensation is the perfect beach house. A room for everyone. Great decks. A kitchen that has everything you might want. A large ice maker!! Game room and a large closet full of beach chairs, nets, boogie boards, etc.
Vacasa responded to all our questions and check in and out were super simple. Great vacation!

We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The location was amazing. The home was one of the best we have rented to date. It is fully stocked with everything you would need. Even items for the beach were available which made it great for us, we didn’t need to bring any of it with us. One of our favorite features of the home was the elevator. It was such a relief not lugging all the heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Only disappointment was not having more time. One week wasn’t long enough for us.

I loved not having to do a lot when it was time to check out. So much less stress!! This property was so well equipped we did not need anything extra.

The place felt like home…..anything we needed, we looked around and found. Never stayed at a rental beach home that supplied spices for stay-at-home cooking- simply loved this place.
Only complaint I have is with VRBO- difficult to get anyone to answer the phones- Called multiple times on multiple days.

Shore Sensation has been our "go to" vacation home for many years, and this year was wonderful as usual. We always appreciate the direct beach access, and were glad that this is still the case after last year's hurricane damage; my wife and I saw several houses that sadly had no direct beach access on our morning beach walk. The home has been improved since our last visit, with a new elevator and new seat covers, but it was still the same beautiful home we have loved coming back to regularly.
