Located in the prestigious community of Ocean Ridge, you'll enjoy access to the oceanfront pool and easy access to the beach. You'll really love the abundance of natural light flooding in from a full wall of sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows in the living area. This room also features plenty of comfortable furniture, a large TV, cooling ceiling fan, and recessed lighting. The large deck features chaise lounges, a large picnic table that seats eight, and Adirondack chairs, perfect for sitting with morning coffee and admiring the view of the ocean and listening to the roar of the waves. The pub-style dining table for six sits directly in front of a sliding glass door and offers a captivating view of the sand and surf. You'll always have the best table in the house here. The kitchen is a vision in pristine white, with blue tile backsplash and a chef's pot rack hanging above the breakfast bar with seating for two. You'll love creating new recipes and old family favorites in this light and spacious space. On the top floor is a very generously sized primary bedroom. In addition to the vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and recessed lighting, the lucky guests to claim this space will also enjoy the big TV and private access to an oceanfront deck - perfect for midnight stargazing. The luxurious ensuite bathroom has dual pedestal sinks, a big jacuzzi tub, and oversized walk-in shower. Also on the top floor is an equally large kid's bunk room. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
