Set on a country lot, this home offers a great yard just minutes away from Long Island Beach and Harilla's Landing boat launch. Bring your powerboat, sailboat, canoe, or kayak! You're also well situated to explore other towns, restaurants, hiking, and area attractions.

This one-level, open-concept home, has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, complete with a pool table and shuffleboard table.

Spend your days enjoying beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee whether relaxing down at the beach or out exploring on your boat. The perfect way to spend your evenings after a fun-filled day on the water is by grilling outside, playing some yard games, and relaxing by the firepit.

Had some difficulties with the property - although tankless hot water heater looks brand new, unable to get an appropriate temperature shower (either scalding or freezing). Not allowed to flush toilet paper which feels ridiculous. House was not super clean and previous tenant didn’t clean up after dog so there was feces around the property. Half the smoke detectors were non functional when we checked in so we had to change some of the batteries and took a few days for maintenance to fill the tank of the grill and change the starter batteries as it didn’t work. There is plenty of space for parking so the “one car only” in the description was inaccurate

We stayed a week for our annual family vacation (5 adults). The house is very charming and looks small from the front but it was much bigger when going inside. The pool table was a hit for the family. There is also a cornhole board that we used a few times. Its is a quiet location. The fire pit out back was great to use each night for winding down from a busy day.

My family enjoyed our stay. The first 2 days, the house did not have hot water. The first time we called, we were told "it's not one of the listed amenities". Neither is the roof, but we sort of expect it. We were told someone from the local team would call back. We waited at the house, in case someone would come to fix it. We called again. Still no return call. We finally gave up and went out to enjoy our vacation late in the day. The next day we called again. Waited again. Finally we received a call back. Someone did come to fix it. We lost some time we could have been enjoying our vacation. Cold showers aren't fun. But the rest of the week was fine. No complaints. Also, house is a darker brown than the pictures listed at the time of booking (tan), so we weren't sure it was the right place at first, but that's no big deal. Screen door didn't stay latched closed, but didn't impact us.

The place was beautiful and met my family's needs. We were a little far out in the woods and getting anywhere was a long drive. We also had an issue with the grill as it was filthy inside. We had to buy a special cleaner so that we could get to the point where we could use the grill to cook. There were two can openers but neither one worked very well. Other than those items we had a great time!

Wonderful home for a big family. We were very comfortable at this home. Love the layout and enjoyed the pool table and Shuffle board. The only problem was the showers. No place to put shampoo etc. Also the showers were very slippery especially for the older people. Quick suggestion put in safety rails for the older renters. Otherwise a wonderful home for a vacation. I give it five stars!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property! It was very functional with nice entertainment options indoors and outdoors. We also liked being able to pick up and drop off people from the dock at the end of the street. In addition, we had excellent service and responsiveness from Bayside Rentals when we encountered an unforeseen issue. The Bayside Rentals team offered solutions that limited any impact on our vacatioin and we are very grateful for their flexibility and helpfulness. THANK YOU!

A little confusion with property address put us in the wrong house on the same property. All worked out Ok with the other property tenants able to move into the home we were to rent.
