Bring the entire family as well, we have 6 spots for everyone to park. You'll find yourself surrounded by sights to see and things to do, all while relaxing and truly feeling like you're on vacation. Spend your days on the beach participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Discover fun shops and local eateries along the boardwalk, and many family-friendly attractions like water parks, theme parks, and mini-golfing.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Enjoy the light and airy charm, adorned with nautical decor throughout the space. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or watching a movie on the large TV mounted above the mantle. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Serve your loved ones yummy home-cooked meals at the formal dining table to make unforgettable memories. With eight beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

After our stay at this beautiful rental property we were already hoping to come back. This is a spacious and comfortable place for a large group. It is also filled with the necessities you’d need and want for your stay. Clean, convenient, well-appointed, with plenty of extras to enjoy, like the hammock, grill, deck, and outdoor areas. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again. Thank you!😊

Arrived with a/c unit filter black, the kitchen had dust stuck to greased walls, and old food was still on the grill. Gas tanks empty. Sent pictures right away. The next morning found out the TV in one of the bedrooms was broken. Sent pictures and reported that. Upstairs bedroom with walkout, no door knobs or screen. The rug had stains. Need gas to use the grill. Requested the tank(per instructions) in the morning, followed up on it at noon then again in the afternoon. Called around 5 pm to find out that it wasn't going to be replaced until the next day. NO communication proactively from them. I was told that they are short-staffed. At that time I then reported that I would expect to receive some compensation back for all the issues. Since I have been home I have called Vacasa several times and I have left messages and have been told that they will call and it has not happened. I have continued to call and have asked the agents to note it with the very last agent promising me that the manager said she would call back that day and she did not. It has not been another 2 weeks. The house has great potential and is perfect for a larger family of young adults and parents. Everything about it is great with the exception of how it is cleaned and managed when there are issues. I would have rather been voicing that I had issues but the management jumped on it and made things right but this is not the case as of yet. Over a month later. I have waited for them to do so.

The house is great if you want to be right by the boardwalk and beach - a very convenient walk. BUT this was advertised as enclosed and dog friendly, which it wasn't. Parts seem enclosed but everything connects to the wraparound porch that goes to the front yard, which has a large opening that cannot be closed off. Just a warning if your dog is a runner - I wouldn't recommend this spot. If you're not coming with pets this is probably a great choice.

This house is gorgeous and was just what we needed to host a large family gathering. Everything was clean and well kept and had all the amenities we needed and then some! The house is very charming and is just a short walk to the boardwalk. We will definitely be looking to rent this place again, hopefully for years to come

We loved our stay!! The house is one block from the beach/boardwalk, yet still has a neighborhood feel. The fenced-in yard and outdoor area are perfect for the kids (and dog), and wrap-around porch was great for coffee in the morning, and a bevvie at night! Plenty of beds and space; place was clean and welcoming. It could use some more plates and such in the kitchen - didn't take away from our trip! We will definitely stay again. ***Our only issue was with the property management company NOT the house. To be clear, this is separate from VRBO. It was difficult to get a hold of Vacasa for questions. Basic questions prior to stay were never answered via email or text (their recommended communication). We then never received the key code and when called regarding it, we were told rudely it was our issue not theirs (it was never sent to us). In the end, we got in and it all worked out. Highly recommend!

I chose this property for a Thanksgiving gathering for my family members who had not been able to see each other for more than 2 years due to the pandemic. The space was great and allowed us to enjoy each other. I would use it again!
