O local é Ok, no entanto, se você for sem carro e pegar os quartos dos blocos 600 terá que subir vários degraus para chegar ao destino. Acho que o hotel poderia colocar isso na descrição da hospedagem. O atendimento é muito bom, equipe bem simpática e prestativa, a vista do restaurante panorâmico é excelente. Cabe elogiar a velocidade em que resolveram um problema que tivemos com o chuveiro, resolveram tudo rapidamente. PS: levem repelente, o hotel, por estar localizado no morro e em meio a mata, tem muito mosquito.

Hotel bem localizado, com a melhor vista da baía de Porto Belo. Bom café da manhã. Loja de conveniência, muito útil. Funcionários atenciosos, em especial os da recepção (Natália, Felipe, Milene e outros). O fato desagradável ocorreu no domingo, dia 02, em que não houve serviço de camareiras. Um grande transtorno, pois ao retornar da praia em torno de 15 horas constatei que o quarto encontrava-se sujo, com as toalhas , roupas de cama usadas e impossibilitado de tomar banho, tudo sob um calor de 34 graus. Depois de aguardar e insistir durante quase um hora e meia surgiu uma camareira para limpar o quarto e fornecer toalhas. Tal fato, pelo stress causado, fez com que antecipasse meu check-out em um dia. Todavia, o incomodo foi menor pela atitude receptiva e gentil da recepção e camareira chefe. Mas mesmo assim,recomento, pelo ótimo custo/benefício.

Cheio de problemas exemplo trocar de quarto pois tinha traças como percevejos r formiga local muito ruim não condiz com as fotos do Hotels.com foi o pior hotel que me hospedei.

Hotel desconfortável,fotos no site desatualizadas a vista para o Porto que tinha nas fotos estavam escondida pelas árvores e plantas. Não tinha limpeza diária,não atendiam o telefone na recepção. Foi uma experiência desagradável!

Hotel refused to refund three night payment after we told them we were leaving because the room was being invaded by ants and mosquitos through the large gaps in the door and windows. Very rough place...we booked through Expedia and now wonder why they have this hotel on their site. Did not stay a single night. Complained to Expedia...they told us they will escalate our complaint after the hotel gave them the run around.

Não tivemos muita sorte nos dias que ficamos hospedados, estava chovendo e o tempo nublado, então não conseguimos aproveitar como pretendia. As paisagens que mostram nas fotos de divulgações, não é totalmente a atual realidade, a área verde é mal cuidada, principalmente dentro da área privada do hotel, então deixa a desejar. Primeiro fomos hospedado em quarto, no final do hotel, com péssima localização, com vários defeitos, problemas no chuveiro, chegamos a solicitar a trocar, mas fomos ignorados, até que após o chuveiro realmente para de funcionar, fomos trocado de quarto… Este segundo quaero que ficamos tambem era bem simples, porém menos pior que o primeiro, no entanto acredito ser compatível com o valor que o hotel oferece. O hotel e fora de mão, mas perto de uma das praias, no entanto qm tem problemas de acessibilidade, pode pular a opção, lá é literalmente um morro, com escadaria o prédio todo! Rs O acesso ao estacionamento e quase impossível pela entrada principal, tivemos q usar uma estrada adicional de terra de péssima condições, principalmente pelo fato de estar chovendo. O atendimento compensou os imprevistos, são atenciosos, e o serviço de quarto sempre deixando tudo limpo e organizado! O café da manhã poderia melhorar as opções. Enfim o custo benefício, talvez compensa…
